My specialty is ‘extreme stuckness’. My approach is intense, caring, tough, and free-flowing rather than structured. My therapy groups are full of challenging, brilliant, courageous people who seek depth and growth. All the therapists in our group practice are trained in a meta-approach called "Feedback Informed Treatment" which means that we track how things are going session-by-session to see if anything needs to change about our work together to help you get where you want to go.

I am so glad you stopped by! I am eager to work with college students, like yourself, and have a background in working with both undergrad and grad students in the Dallas area. In therapy, I offer a safe and confidential relationship, where you can hope to gain self-esteem, relevant skills, and personal strength, learning to more fully trust yourself and others. A great deal of my clients are wrestling with depression, anxiety, and self-worth due to family/childhood issues and relational struggles that tend to become more apparent once they have entered college. Together, we dig into these hard conversations and I help you relate differently to anxiety, pain, fear, and sadness, while also coming alongside you in creating the life you desire. Finding a therapist you connect with is an important aspect of effective therapy. I will serve you with respect and empathy while encouraging you in your personal journey of growth. I am both honored and committed to meeting you where you are, learning where you want to go, and helping you find the best way there. I hope to talk to you soon!

e therapy is a journey to talk alongside you. Though I might be considered the "expert" in the areas in which you're looking for help, I also believe that you are the expert on you. I have a very collaborative and interpersonal style and though I use various empirically supported interventions to enhance with coping, the relationship between me and you is the most important thing. Change and growth are the goals of therapy. Change is a very subjective word, and it completely depends on where you are in your life when you come into therapy. I believe in working with the client together to form goals and a treatment plan, knowing that the plan will change along the way as the client experiences growth and change. Therapy is a proactive journey on the part of both client and therapist; sustainable and meaningful change stems from a combination of having a helpful guide, a sense of willingness, shared insight and working towards specific goals.

Everything feels harder than it should right now. You’re not lazy or dramatic, your brain’s just doing the most. Whether it’s ADHD making it hard to focus, OCD keeping you stuck in loops, or anxiety making every decision or interaction feel high-stakes, therapy can help you figure out what’s going on and how to deal. At The Key Counseling & Wellness, we work with college students who feel overwhelmed, out of sync, or just plain tired of overthinking everything. Therapy can help. Virtual therapy for students in Florida and Colorado.

I help stressed out and anxious people of any gender to heal trauma, make work suck less, and get good at relationships. I’m an Denver LGBT therapist providing EMDR therapy with a decade of experience. I’m terrible at pop culture and I love puns. My goal for my clients is to have a sustainable life where you can thrive. I want you to feel like you can navigate what life throws at you, even if it’s hard. I’m deeply invested in finding out what works for you (vs. anyone else). I’m less likely to promote something as “healthy” in therapy and more likely to ask you how it’s working for you. I won’t look at you sideways when you drop your partner’s pronouns or ask me to use a new name for you. We’ll curse, cry, and probably (hopefully) laugh. We’ll be human together.

My clients are better equipped to make informed choices about what actions they need to take and develop skills that will help them handle difficult situations in the future. I use play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and neuroscience based interventions to help one express their thoughts and feelings.

I help Gen-Z and Millennials (15-40 years old) who know in their gut that something is not right with their life to reclaim purpose, find clear direction, and make positive change. If you are feeling lost, excessive stress or overwhelmed, it may not be your fault. Most of us have not been taught how to effectively deal with the stressors and demands of the modern world. You may have tried using self-help books or social media to relieve feelings of discomfort, but continue to struggle nevertheless. Through working together, you will learn new powerful and sustainable tools to thrive and flourish. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Addiction Counselor, and master-level trained mindfulness instructor. My unique approach uses evidenced-based skills that help you learn how to cope with adversity, stressors, and the demands of life. These tools will quickly help you to flourish in work, dating, relationships, school and other facets of your life. You may feel like your emotions are too much or too big, but I am here to show you that they are not. You may have found yourself in repeating patterns that you can't seem to get out of. Old trauma and current pain may be holding you down. Maybe early on attachment figures didn't set you up for success when it comes to loving yourself, being a thriving adult/young adult, and having healthy relationships with those around you. You want to release the things that are holding you back so that you are better able to manage the stress of everyday life, and feel more secure and confident as you do it. Every part of you deserves to be loved, and by helping find your way through your emotions, I can help you come back into the most authentic version of yourself so that you can thrive. I love to work with women and nonbinary folks in the realms of trauma, relationships, body image, self esteem, and anxiety. If you think I may be a good fit for you, please reach out!

If you’re feeling stuck, anxious or overwhelmed, find yourself repeating the same patterns, or are struggling to figure out your identity in a new role or stage of life, you’re not alone. So many of us try to push through without stopping to take care of ourselves. What you’re feeling is exhaustion that is masked as resilience. You deserve a life that feels calm, connected and meaningful. Selah Therapy Studio can help you find your way there. The word Selah means to pause and reflect. In our sessions, you’ll have the space to slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface and move toward balance, empowerment and healing. I work with adolescents, young adults and adults who are experiencing anxiety, past trauma, grief or major life changes. My approach is warm, collaborative and client-centered. Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences - including trauma, family dynamics, or difficult life events - shape the way you view yourself and the world. Your past may shape you, but it doesn’t have to define your future. Healing doesn’t mean erasing the past - it means learning to live fully with it. Together, we can make sense of what has happened in and around your life, so you can create space for change. I welcome you to reach out today for a free consultation to see if this feels like the right fit.

"I am falling apart on the inside. "This world wasn't built for me." "I am always overwhelmed all the time." "My best never feels good enough." If these thoughts have crossed your mind, I promise you aren’t alone. I hear you, and I want to help. I believe therapy doesn’t happen in a vacuum — our lives are shaped by systems, cultures, and histories that can both support and harm us. In our work together, we’ll look not only at your personal experiences but also at the broader context you live in. My goal is to honor your identity, acknowledge the impact of oppression and marginalization, and create a space where all parts of you feel seen and valued. I draw from person-centered, narrative, existential, and ACT, IFS-informed parts work, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT) approaches, always centering you as the expert in your own life. Together, we’ll explore your story, build on your strengths, and work toward the changes that feel most meaningful to you.
