I graduated with my MSW and a certificate in trauma from Simmons University. My main areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, and life changes. I have a background working with children and families with intense traumatic experiences. Currently, I am working with clients ages 5-35. I take pride in working alongside children and young adults to give them the skills they need to learn and grow. I utilize a variety of interventions, including TF-CBT, attachment theory, mindfulness, somatic process, active listening, motivational interviewing, grounding, and psycho-education. These techniques can be helpful for clients struggling with anxiety and depression symptoms, who have experienced one or more traumatic events, substance use, emotion regulation, or uncomfortable body sensations.
