Solange Adams
Solange is a Spanish-speaking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Texas. With over a decade of experience as a registered nurse, she has worked in various clinical settings from surgery to home health. For the past three years, Solange served as a Family Nurse Practitioner focused on pain management. Through this work, she recognized the interconnectedness of comorbid conditions and mental health. This inspired her to pursue post-master's training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the University of Texas Rio Grande. In her practice, Solange strives for a holistic approach, addressing the full range of her patients' needs and treatment goals. For her clients, she provides the necessary time to discuss their concerns during initial and follow-up appointments. Her comprehensive yet compassionate approach benefits all her clients as she helps them improve their mental health and overall wellbeing. When not working, Solange enjoys gardening in the home she shares with her husband, reading fantasy novels and showing her dog in competitions. She is a person with strong family roots and as the daughter of immigrants, she appreciates the sacrifices her parents made to give her greater opportunities in life. For Solange, health, happiness, and family are inextricably linked, forming the foundation of a rich and meaningful life. Katarina (Katya) Reach
Under the supervision of Glenda Faulkner-Woodliff, M.A., LPC-S I have immediate availability with flexible appointment times, including evenings and weekends. I accept Aetna and Cigna insurance, multiple EAP (Employee Assistance Program) insurance companies, as well as self-pay. ____________ I’m here to support you as you tackle all the highs and lows that college life can bring. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, dealing with relationship stress, questioning your path, or just looking for a safe place to talk things out, my door is open. My work is all about creating a safe and trauma-informed space where you can feel supported. A little about me—I’m a Ukrainian-American adoptee, so I know how complex identity can be, especially when you're figuring out who you want to be. With experience in community mental health, substance use prevention, and working with people from all walks of life, I bring a compassionate and open-minded approach to therapy. My goal is to help you feel grounded, understood, and empowered to make choices that are right for you. Whatever’s on your mind, let’s face it together. I’d love to be part of your support system on this journey.
Max Arzola, LCSW-S
Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, or seek help to maintain interpersonal relationships, I commit to helping you reach your goals with compassion, and respect. I put people first, and care less about a diagnosis or label. I strive to bring relief no matter your circumstances.
Brittney Wytch
As a student intern, I offer your first 3 sessions free, with sessions after that at $25. I work best with students who feel stuck between who they've been and who they're becoming — figuring out a major, questioning a career path, or navigating the pressure of what comes after graduation. A lot of my clients are dealing with the stress of balancing school, work, and relationships all at once, and wondering if they're 'doing it right.' I also connect well with students who think or process differently than what's expected of them, and who are tired of feeling like they have to fit into a box that wasn't built for them. You don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out. We'll work together to figure out what's actually going on and what might help — at your pace, without judgment.

Welcome! I am excited to meet you and work with you. I love working with college students. This is such a special time in your life. Transitioning from home, into college and into the workforce can be exciting but stressful. Many struggle with homesickness, stress from academics, problems with social adjustment or time management. Or just simply suddenly dealing with depression, anxiety, or past trauma that finally needs to be addressed. No matter the issues, I am here to help.
Lydia Wolfe Counseling, PLLC
I know life can be difficult, whether you're facing trauma, anxiety, sexual challenges, or the intricacies of autism. You don't have to face these difficulties alone. I believe that you’re the expert on your life, and I’m here to listen and provide a space where you feel safe to reflect and explore. Whether you're struggling with past pain, current stress, or just trying to figure out your next steps, we’ll work together to move forward at your pace.

Navigating college, work, social activities and requests, relationships, family needs, and more is HARD! These things and so much more face college students every day. I have been working with college students for years and understand that what others call the "best time of my life", might be the hardest time of your life. My approach to therapy includes not just giving you ideas for coping with whatever you are facing, but also understanding how life got to be this way, and making a plan to help you thrive and not just survive. I take most major insurance plans, and am willing to work on a sliding scale for those who need to pay privately. I look forward to speaking with you.
Gracious Mind Therapy
College can be an exciting time, but it can also feel overwhelming. Between classes, relationships, friendships, family expectations, work, and figuring out who you are, it's easy to feel like you're supposed to have everything figured out when you're still trying to find your footing. I'm Grace, and I'm a therapist who works with young adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, identity, and the pressure to "have it all together". My approach is warm, collaborative, and judgement-free. Therapy isn't about telling you what you SHOULD do. It's a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and build a life that actually feels like yours. Whether you're struggling to manage the demands of college, feeling disconnected from yourself, navigating a difficult relationship, or simply feel like something is "off", you don't have to figure it out alone. We can work together to understand what's underneath the stress, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and help you feel more confident moving forward. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. Feel free to email me to set one up. I can't wait to meet you!

Let's be real. Anxiety is a b!tch. You know the kind I mean. Heart racing, chest tight, skin crawling, lying awake at 3am when you have to be up at 6. The kind that doesn't care how put-together you look on the outside. Most of my clients grew up in environments where they had to stay on guard just to get through the day. Emotionally unsafe, physically unsafe, or both. They learned early that keeping quiet, going along with things, and making themselves small was the smartest way to avoid getting hurt. And it worked, for a while. The problem is, survival strategies don't just turn off. So now you're people-pleasing in relationships you're not happy in. Biting your tongue when you should be speaking up. Telling yourself "it's fine" when it's really, really not. You know that voice in your head that says I should be over this by now? That's not clarity. That's the trauma talking. Here's what I see in my clients before they start working with me: they're exhausted. Not tired, exhausted. Drained by the constant hum of worry. Distant from the people they care about. Too spent to return a text, too anxious to be present, too guarded to actually rest. They carry it all in their chest like a weight they've stopped noticing because it's been there so long. You deserve something different. Not "managed" anxiety. Not white-knuckling your way through the week. Actually different. Setting your own terms. Saying no without a three-paragraph apology. Showing up in your relationships without shrinking. Feeling okay in your own skin without needing someone else's approval first. If you want to ditch the anxiety, break out of people-pleasing, and finally start living on your own terms, I'd love to help you get there.
