I enjoy working with college students who are struggling with life transitions in some way-- whether it is experiencing anxiety about being away from home, academic studies, or relationships. Together we can help you to manage anxieties, learn new coping skills, and to process and work through difficult situations. I particularly enjoy working with neurodiverse folks, and have experience helping those who have ADHD or autistic brain styles. Please feel free to reach out and let me know how I might best help you!

Hello there! First, know that I have so much empathy for you as you're going through this process and reaching out for help. Finding a therapist that fits what you need can be tedious, but I encourage you to ask as many questions as you need to make sure you're getting the support that you're looking for! A bit about me: I did my schooling out in Southern California, before working in Texas, Oklahoma and now Pennsylvania. I am based out of Pennsylvania and I provide telehealth therapy for adolescents and adults residing in the state. I have worked well with clients who experience adjustment and identity struggles, cultural, immigration and race-related stress, sexual assault, eating disorders, depression, anxiety and family/interpersonal conflict. I use an integration of attachment theory, structural family therapy, cognitive- and dialectical-behavioral interventions. I also consider biological and ecological influences in my work in order to provide culturally-aware and holistic treatment to my clients. I strive to be an ally to clients with immigrant, BIPOC, Hispanic/Latinx and LGBTQ+ identities. Having worked in outpatient clinics and universities throughout the country, I have a deep respect and connect well with clients from all walks of life. I am described as warm, down to earth, and challenging yet supportive. I am devoted to what I do and I look forward to possibly working with you! Ultimately, I want my clients to feel empowered to make choices that meet their needs - If you are exploring possible therapy choices and have questions for me, or if you’d just like to get started, you can schedule a free 15-minute by emailing me or visiting my website!

Hi! I’m Paige (they/she) Whether you are struggling with your identity, the transitions and pace of being in school, or your overall mental health, I would love to see how we can make your life run more smoothly. I aim to make therapy accessible to all of my clients and we can talk about what this means for you. Fidgeting is welcome, as well as eating or knitting while we chat. I mainly use Internal Family Systems which sees each person as made up of a system of parts. These parts interact with one another with the goal of maintaining safety and avoiding harm and pain. Through the experience of trauma, our parts may take on more extreme roles to protect us. We will work together to heal these parts so that they can contribute to the internal system in more helpful ways. A little about me: I am a queer and chronically-ill identified therapist and I love to cross-stitch! I can’t help but to notice parts and attachment styles everywhere, mainly in tv and books. I love finding ways to incorporate art and movement into healing. If you would like to learn more, please reach out for a free consultation to see if I would be a good fit. I look forward to working with you! *I have sliding scale slots from $85-$135 based on need* *I reserve a few slots on my caseload for clients seeking lower fee therapy ($40-$70 per session) through Open Path Psychotherapy Collective*

Hi! I'm Julie Rodgers, Licensed Professional Counselor. I have much experience working in college counseling centers and am passionate about supporting young adults successfully navigate their college experience (academic, socially, emotionally, financially). I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to increase mindfulness/acceptance and increase skills to improve emotion regulation, interpersonal skills, and distress tolerance. I incorporate other approaches as well and like to keep session stimulating and fun with art-based activities! I am trained in trauma-informed yoga and incorporate mind-body experience to process traumatic events. Welcome! Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. Every person who walks into therapy is different, and I honor that. I work with teens, adults, and older adults navigating life’s challenges—whether it’s managing anxiety, coping with change, building confidence, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again. Some of my clients are high performers or athletes; others are just trying to manage daily stress, relationships, or emotional overwhelm. No matter your story, I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs—drawing from approaches like CBT and strengths-based strategies. I’m passionate about this work because I’ve seen how mental health impacts every part of life—from performance and relationships to life transitions and confidence. As a former West Chester University Division II athlete, I understand firsthand the mental load that comes with high performance, pressure, and pushing through—even when you’re not okay. That lived experience helps me support clients who are navigating high expectations, both in sport and in life. In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where I get to know you and your goals. I believe therapy works best when it’s a team effort. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and what needs to shift. My style is a blend of warmth, honesty, and gentle challenge. I’ll always meet you where you are, but I’m not afraid to help you look at patterns that may be holding you back. Whether you need space to process, a sounding board for decision-making, or someone to help connect the dots—I’m here to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and offer honest feedback to help you make meaningful progress. If you’re ready to prioritize your well-being—whether as an individual or an athlete—I’d be honored to support you on that journey!

I believe we all have the potential to live a life that brings us joy and satisfaction. I believe we all have an inner strength that allows us to change and grow, no matter how adverse the circumstances that brought us here. A therapeutic relationship based on trust, honesty, and non-judgment can bring that strength to its rightful place in our lives. I take a holistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I recognize that there are generational, environmental, social, political, and cultural factors that impact our day-to-day lives and decisions and believe it's important to consider these factors when learning about my clients and their experiences. When we begin to understand ourselves and our ways of thinking and acting as a part of a larger whole, we can begin to improve the quality of our lives and our relationships, especially our relationship to the self. I help clients create real change through cultivating insight around their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in the context of their life, relationships, and the world around them. I also help clients develop healthier, more effective coping skills. Together, we'll work to deepen your self awareness and build on what is good, strong, and true about yourself.

My passion for this work stems from my own struggles with mental health throughout my life. I know firsthand how important it is to have the proper support. I identify with the LGBTQIA+, kink/BDSM, and poly/ENM communities, so I am familiar with the unique issues facing these marginalized communities, and also the struggle to find a safe space to express your unique self when seeking help. Whether the issues you are seeking therapy for are directly related to your identity or not, you can freely be yourself in our sessions and let your guard down. You will not have to expend the emotional labor to educate me about your identity(ies). I provide a safe space, while clarifying your goals and desired outcome for therapy. I tailor my approach to your unique needs. However you identify, I will meet you where you are at on your personal journey, and together we can work to figure out how you can live your most authentic life. Change does not happen overnight. It requires time, patience, and a willingness to be vulnerable. If you are ready to take the first step today, I would love to hear from you so we can get started!
