Hi! I’m Camryn, a dedicated clinical mental health counselor with a passion for holistic, trauma-informed care. I aim to create a safe, supportive space for the “misfits”—individuals who are often labeled “too sensitive,” experience intense emotions, or struggle with a sense of belonging. I enjoy working with individuals on issues including self-esteem, stress management, life transitions, grief, identity exploration, emerging adulthood, and complex trauma. I also enjoy working with artists and athletes. As a certified yoga instructor, I prioritize the mind-body connection and respect the body’s intuitive wisdom. My colleagues often describe me as exceptionally warm and welcoming. I am currently accepting new clients and am humbled and honored to walk beside you in your journey to healing

Hi, I'm Lori Gephart, a Licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania. For more than three decades, I’ve helped adults navigate the challenges that can make life feel overwhelming including anxiety, panic, chronic stress, depression, and insomnia. If you’re exhausted from trying to manage everything on your own, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep pushing through without support. My approach is steady, practical, and compassionate. I focus on understanding what you’re carrying, how it’s affecting your daily life, and what will genuinely help you feel better. Together, we’ll work to reduce symptoms, build resilience, and create meaningful, sustainable change, not quick fixes or one‑size‑fits‑all solutions. Whether you’re dealing with long‑standing patterns or a recent spike in stress, therapy can help you regain clarity, restore balance, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel grounded and capable. If you’re ready to take the next step toward feeling more in control and more at ease, I’m here to help.

Mental health challenges can impact your overall wellness and get in the way of attending class, completing assignments, or taking care of yourself. If you are feeling emotionally unwell and struggling to cope with life’s difficulties, attending therapy can offer you support and guidance during these challenging times. Our experienced therapists offer individual counseling services that allows privacy and confidentiality to talk about you, what’s troubling you, and how to make a sustainable change. We value helping to create a culture that normalizes discussion of, and support for, mental health being an integral part of overall wellness. To assist with decreasing barriers to care, sessions are offered as in person appointments or virtually via telehealth. Our therapists incorporate enthusiasm, humor, and creativity to help provide the support you need to reach and exceed your mental health goals. I am a white, genderqueer Licensed Associate Professional Counselor. I have experience working with queer people, people living after relational/sexual violence, and people who are interested in exploring issues that matter deeply to them, whether that is what gets called depression, trauma, anxiety, or simply a desire to explore. Authenticity, genuine human connection, and co-authorship are the pillars of how I consider client/counselor relationships, and I will bring a spirit of high regard, non-pathology, curiosity, and playfulness. Ultimately, I work to create a collaborative, co-authoring relationship with people who want more options and more say in their lives. Theoretically, I am driven by narrative, systems, and queer feminist thought. The world we live in is shaped by structures of power, including the knowledge we have about ourselves, our problems, and our options. Using narrative practices, I will work with you to investigate where that knowledge comes from and what alternate knowledge might be possible. In addition, I borrow freely from other approaches/modalities, and have experience in using trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

Hello and welcome. Are you struggling with life transitions, feeling anxious and/or depressed? Have you been struggling with self confidence or self esteem? These are just some of the areas if you are ready we can work on together. These are just a few of the topics we can discuss together if you are ready. I believe in meeting you where you are and helping you meet the goals you want to work on. I look forward to speaking with you and learning about what you would like to work on.
Many of the clients I see are dealing with some form of anxiety, depression, adjustment-related issue, or life transition. Most often, my clients are young adults who are having problems in interpersonal relationships, such as feeling extremely anxious in social situations, having difficulty finding or maintaining healthy relationships, struggling to communicate effectively with others, or experiencing uncertainty what their wants and needs are in a relationship. I have a great deal of experience working with students. My internship and postdoc were both in a university counseling center, and afterward, I was a psychology professor for a number of years. In these roles, I worked with both undergraduate and graduate students. Therefore, I'm very familiar with the challenges that students can face. Whatever it is that is getting in the way, I can help! I utilize evidence-based approaches and methods that have been proven to work. However, because there is no single approach that works for every person across all situations, I practice in a way that will be responsive to your unique needs. We may work on identifying problematic thoughts, putting new behaviors into action, or learning how to better identify, express, and manage your emotions. If your concern is relationship-related, we will explore your relationship patterns, identify factors that are having a negative impact on your relationships, and help you develop the skills to find and maintain healthy, fulfilling relationships. Regardless of the specifics, I place a prime emphasis on providing a safe, supportive environment that is free from judgment. My style has been described as highly collaborative.
