Tina is a counseling psychologist who believes therapy should be supportive, collaborative, and meaningful. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and English secondary education from Thiel College, a master’s degree in general experimental psychology from Bucknell University, and her doctorate in counseling psychology from Carlow University. She completed her doctoral internship at the University of Pittsburgh Counseling Center, where she worked closely with university students, providing therapy, assessments, and crisis support. Tina enjoys working with emerging adults who may be navigating life transitions, questions of identity, or challenges in relationships. She also supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, or difficulty managing emotions. Tina is especially drawn to working with clients who are curious about themselves and motivated to grow—whether that means learning practical coping skills, understanding emotional and relational patterns more deeply, or creating greater balance and fulfillment in daily life. Her approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and integrative. Tina blends DBT- and CBT-informed skills with psychodynamic and relational perspectives, tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs. She strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and empowered, honoring clients as the experts in their own lives while working together toward meaningful change. Tina is deeply committed to multicultural competence and values the cultural, social, and systemic factors that shape each person’s experiences and identity. She approaches therapy with curiosity, humility, and respect, allowing this understanding to guide both assessment and treatment.

My name is Eve Buck (she/her/hers), and I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor. I work with individuals and couples living in New York and Pennsylvania at my virtual practice. I completed my master’s degree in mental health counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University. My previous training includes working with undergraduate and graduate students at the Fordham University counseling center, as well as community practices where I have worked with culturally diverse clients from all walks of life. I particularly enjoy working with young adults and senior adults and have specialized training in therapy for people who identify as Latinx. It is through the experiences and lessons I have learned along my work and personal journeys that I hope to support your path toward overcoming your personal struggles and finding greater fulfillment. I pride myself on utilizing a multicultural approach to therapy while bringing in teachings and principles of multiple disciplines, drawing mainly from psychodynamic therapy among other evidence-based practices. It is this multidisciplinary approach that I believe best serves clients, allowing space for present-minded problem solving as well as exploration into a client’s past, relationships, and emotional experience. Our work together can be tailored based on your life story and experiences and what you hope to gain from therapy. Everyone’s therapy journey is different. Whether it’s working through trauma or beginning a path towards better self-understanding, I strive to provide an open, non-judgmental, and productive space where people can find relief from distressing symptoms as well as develop a stronger sense of self through insight and reflection. Just like each person is unique, each treatment is different and adapted to who you are and what you need. I recognize the wide breadth of human experience and I bring this knowledge with me to best meet your needs. Life can be difficult and confusing, but as your therapist I will be there to empathize with and support you through it.

Are you struggling with symptoms of anxiety or depression? Maybe you are experiencing family conflict or perhaps you are dealing with grief or loss. I have specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)- an approach that offers concrete tools you can use to cultivate greater happiness, reduce anxiety, resolve conflict and navigate challenges in more effective ways. I have broad experience working with university students creating a safe and supportive environment where we focus not only on evidence-based methods, but also on identifying and harnessing your strengths to manifest positive change
The desire to know and to be known is a normal human experience. I value the trauma-informed safety and client-centered connection we collaboratively create through a systematic lens. I am particularly sensitive to diversity in culture and self-identity, including with respect to race, gender and sexuality. I believe the importance of affirming the unique individual experience with cultural humility. Through compassion, sensitivity, and empowerment, we will work together respectfully to acknowledge vulnerability, unearth patterns, attend complexity, and gain ownership change to achieve the most authentic and expansive self. I have experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, life transition challenges, self-esteem, relationship issues including intimate partner violence, and immigration matter. I approach this work holistically with warmth, empathy, and ever developing curiosity. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first step towards change. It takes intentions to create the time and space to understand and explore ways to navigate the situation we are in. If you would like to explore what that looks like, I am here to support and empower you.

This experience informs my practice with students. I have helped athletes through every possible problem students can encounter. I use a trauma informed lens, since we all experience trauma, and that trauma, sometimes informs our reality and our core beliefs. I use a psychodynamic approach, and help individuals understand why they believe and act the way they do.

Whether you're navigating stress and anxiety, grappling with trauma, or undergoing challenging life transitions, my purpose is to be a steadfast companion on your path to thriving. With a foundation rooted in faith-based counseling and somatic work, I am dedicated to fostering holistic well-being. My mission is to help you overcome challenges and discover profound spiritual and emotional growth. While I can't promise to fix every problem, I assure you you won't face them alone. As an art therapist, I offer a space where creativity becomes a path to healing, self-understanding, and empowerment. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, those healing from trauma, and folks who identify as neurodivergent. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, or life transitions, you're welcome here—exactly as you are. My approach is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and rooted in the belief that self-expression can be a powerful tool for insight and growth. You don’t need to consider yourself an artist to benefit from art therapy. Together, we use creative processes—drawing, painting, or exploring imagery—as a way to access what words alone may not fully capture. I know that therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. I aim to co-create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported in moving at your own pace. My hope is that this work helps you reconnect with your inner voice and build emotional resilience. If you’re looking for a therapist who brings warmth and creativity, I’d be honored to walk with you on your journey.
