We are an association of therapists, each with a unique perspective and set of skills that are as individual as each of our clients. It is reasonable that not every Therapist is for you. With our team you have options to see who is the best fit for your needs. We implement a cognitive coaching style of effective psychotherapy which instills self-understanding and encourages adoption of new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. Therapy does not need to be a life long endeavor and we teach our clients the tools to help themselves. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the patient and caretaker alike. But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results.
In a world that is filled with judgement and stigma, a safe place where you can be yourself without apologizing is hugely important. I am a LGBTQIA+ and relationship minority affirming therapist. We all deserve to be seen and heard for who we are and not what others want us to be. We all deserve a place where we can let our guards down and just simply be--not just parts of us, but our whole selves. It is of utmost importance to me that I provide a safe, supportive, respectful space. I believe you, the client, are the expert of your own experience and I genuinely look forward to learning about your worldview. My two and a half years of traveling through the Middle East and Southeast Asia expanded my view on life. It further taught me that much of our knowledge is socially constructed and not universal truth, and there are multiple ways to view things. I enjoy exploring different lenses in which we can view the world so clients can find what best serves them. I'm trained in mindfulness and enjoy sharing techniques to live in embodied presence and more fully in our lives--instead of allowing the mind to ride on autopilot. If you're ready to move from living out of habit to living with more intention and purpose, I'd love to join you on your journey. That first call can be difficult, but the outcome so rewarding!
I assist in helping my clients find meaning and fulfillment in life by being engaged and by actively guiding you through your unique life challenges. Most of my clients come see me because they just know life could be better. It HAS to be. For many people who walk through my door, their lives aren't shattered, lying breathless in the corner. These people get up every single day and do the thing. But somehow, somewhere, something still feels off. Maybe it's your relationship. Maybe it's you. Maybe you don't know what it is, but life just doesn't seem right. You're not fully happy. Not yet. I help couples, families, and individuals live better. How? By having lived lots of lives, I've developed a unique perspective. One that has allowed me to develop a mental wellness expertise that mixes therapeutic techniques found in human services and combines them with the results-oriented coaching and leadership skills derived from the professional services field. This specific meld of mojo enables me to provide a different kind of service and perspective where other help may have been unsuccessful.

As an athlete, you know that performance is as much about your internal state as it is about your training and skill. I help college athletes master the mental side of their sport by treating anxiety at its physiological roots. Using a combination of EMDR to clear performance blocks and in-depth nervous system education, we’ll move beyond the "grind" to build genuine resilience and confidence. Whether you are stepping onto the field or approaching the bar, my goal is to ensure your body and mind are synced, helping you transition from being overwhelmed by pressure to being fueled by it.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides clients with a supportive and non-judgmental environment while empowering them to become the best versions of themselves. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space where clients can explore primary interests, develop goals, and determine strengths and assets. I have experience working in various treatment settings including inpatient mental health, school based settings, and residential substance use treatment facilities. I specialize in working with high school and college students, focusing on the unique challenges and transitions that come with these formative years. Whether you're navigating academic pressures, relationship dynamics, or personal identity issues, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I utilize various therapeutic styles while integrating a strength-based and solution-focused approach with my clients.
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about supporting young adults as they navigate life’s transitions and pursue meaningful growth. Whether you are a college student or recent graduate adjusting to a new season of life, an individual facing anxiety or depression, or a couple preparing for marriage or working to strengthen your relationship, I strive to provide guidance that feels both supportive and practical. My Christian faith shapes my personal values; however, I work with people from all backgrounds and beliefs. Faith-based perspectives are incorporated into counseling only if a client specifically desires it. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Life transitions—whether expected or unexpected—can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing and work toward the emotional and personal goals that matter most to you. I specialize in working with adults experiencing life changes, including college and post-college transitions, and relationship challenges. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress that often accompany these seasons of change.

I am a versatile, dedicated clinician who is passionate about helping you uncover your true self, and pull back the layers that have gotten in the way. If you are feeling emotionally out-of-control, overwhelmed or plagued by your past, allow me to walk alongside you as we come up with a solution together. I often use an individualized, eclectic approach incorporating concepts from various modalities. I will meet you wherever you are without judgment. Sometimes, we are in need of support, or a nudge in the right direction. It may be hard to know what we need. It would be my honor to help if you can relate to any of the above. My clinical background spans over 16 years and includes work in a variety of inpatient and outpatient mental health settings (teens and adults). At my core, I am a humanistic therapist. Although I am versatile, I do hold certifications in both DBT and trauma-informed care. I'm happy to work with individuals ages 14+, as well as couples. If any of this resonates, please reach out today by phone or email. Our dedicated staff at Seasons of Hope and Healing are happy to assist. I have immediate openings for daytime sessions both virtually (statewide) or in Warren. There is a 2-3 week wait for evening sessions at this time.
