Hi, I'm Rebecca! I'm passionate about working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, & overall transitional life challenges. If you want a life with less worry, anxiety, or hopelessness, we can work together to explore attainable goals to get you where you'd like to be. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space for you to talk about your individual challenges & how you envision your ideal life worth living. I respect & encourage the individuality of every person's life story. We’ll work together to explore your potential for change & growth in a supportive & collaborative environment. I've worked with people struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addiction, & people struggling with difficult life transitions. I treat couples, and have worked with couples struggling with addiction in their relationship. I have experience as a crisis & trauma counselor, particularly with people who've experienced sexual assault. Starting therapy can be the most intimidating part for many people. I hope to prevent that and to talk with you about your goals for therapy, and how you envision a life worth living. I focus on creating an engaging, open space for everyone, and to value & respect everyone's individuality. Reach out via email or phone with any questions you have!

My name is Danielle Donovan and I'm so excited to begin this therapeutic journey with you! I currently work full-time as a School Counselor and I have eight years of experience working in the mental and behavioral health fields. I went to The Catholic University of America, where I obtained my bachelor's degree in psychology, and Holy Family University, where I obtained my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with a School Counseling concentration. Recently, I proudly accomplished obtaining my License as a Professional Counselor. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to empower individuals with whom I work to better understand their thinking patterns and to believe in their ability to overcome hardships and experiences relating to anxiety, anger, depression, trauma, life changes, ODD, ADHD, and Autism. Additionally, I enjoy implementing play therapy for children and adolescents to feel they can be honest and receptive in an approachable, engaging way.
My name is Katie, and I have experience working with young adults, adults, and couples. I enjoy supporting clients navigating anxiety, anger management, and impulse control, as well as life transitions, relationship stressors, and LGBTQ+ related challenges. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and shaped by a relational lens- meaning I prioritize genuine connection, collaboration, and an understanding of how relationships impact mental health. In our work together, therapy will be a space to feel heard and understood, explore patterns, and build insight while also learning practical tools that support meaningful change. No matter where you are right now, you deserve support that feels affirming and tailored to you. I know taking this step can feel intimidating, but there is relief, growth, and a stronger sense of self on the other side. If you feel I could be a good fit for your goals, please reach out! I’m so exited to connect :)
We believe that psychological well-being and healing come from our ability to foster awareness, understanding and acceptance of our experience of life as a whole - the good, the bad and everything in between. Talking with a therapist can often help facilitate this kind of personal growth. We believe that through developing a trusting relationship, therapist and client can explore aspects of the client’s struggle and the experience of relating to each other in deeper, more honest and productive ways. While each therapist in our practice has a unique approach to the work, we all share a deep appreciation for the importance of meaning making and lived experience in understanding human experience and effective therapy.
