As a trauma-informed therapist, Reiki Master, mindfulness teacher, and transformational coach, I provide a compassionate, collaborative space where you can safely explore life’s challenges and discover your inner strengths. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and respect for your unique experiences and goals. I believe healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. By combining evidence-based therapeutic practices with mindfulness and holistic approaches, I help clients develop practical skills to navigate stress, heal from past experiences, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we can build a life that is not only meaningful and fulfilling but one that is truly worth celebrating—as defined by you.
Do you feel like anxiety, sadness, or grief is making it hard to enjoy your life the way you hoped you would? Maybe you expected this chapter of your life to feel exciting or full of possibility, but instead you feel overwhelmed, confused, or like something is “off.” You might be dealing with loss, relationship stress, changes in your body, or worries about the future. You may not even have the words for what you are feeling. You just know you do not feel like yourself. You are not alone, and you do not have to figure this out by yourself. I’m Gabrielle, and I support students who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, reproductive or hormonal changes, identity shifts, and life transitions. Many of the students I work with are navigating experiences like: • Anxiety or depression that feels heavier than usual • Grief after a loss or major life change • Pregnancy or postpartum feelings that are confusing or overwhelming • Stress related to fertility concerns or reproductive health • Difficult medical or hospital experiences • Identity or relationship changes that feel unsettling My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and centered on what you need most. Therapy with me is a place where you can slow down, explore what you are feeling, and learn tools to help you cope day to day. In our work together, you will find a safe space to: • Untangle overwhelming thoughts and emotions • Learn coping skills you can use right away • Process grief, fear, or confusion with support • Reconnect with what matters to you • Feel more grounded and hopeful again You do not have to carry everything on your own. With the right support, healing is possible, and you can start to feel more like yourself again.

I work with you to not just understand what's going on, but also to develop tools to help. Tools to stop panic attacks, tools to manage depression, tools to get organized and figure out what you want in life. We work together to see what works reliably for you. In addition to talking things through, in session and between sessions sometimes you might be writing, sometimes trying a challenging behavior change, sometimes engaging in mindfulness, and sometimes using visualizations. My aim is for you to feel better, and to know what to do to keep feeling better or help yourself if problems resurface. And I try to work efficiently with you, so you are back to your life (and ending therapy) as soon as makes sense for you. Give me a call to set up an initial (free) conversation, at 303-870-9195.
I have been working in the outpatient setting for over 10 years. I've rotated through a student mental health clinic during my training and have worked with many college aged students. College can be an exciting time of change and growth and finding purpose and connection. College can also be a big adjustment, as you acclimate to a new setting, new responsibilities and being away from home for an extended period, sometimes for the first time. It is often during these big life changes that you may need a little extra help settling in, getting into new routines. Through a combination of therapy and careful use of medication, we can work on getting you in a place to fully engage in and enjoy your college experience.

I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Cognitive-behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and the Safe and Sound Protocol using Polyvagal theory. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, New York and Massachusetts (LMHC-D)/Licensed Professional Counselor, Arkansas (LPC) and a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I have a Master's in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling and a Master's in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, I taught for five years before joining the mental health profession. My experience as a mental health therapist involves working with clients of all ages, from preschool to adults, as well as with families, and couples. I enjoy working with the client to help them gain insight into themselves, and their family system. I am passionate to be a mental health therapist, and am happy to offer support wherever I can. I strive as a therapist to help guide and support my clients in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I focus on the whole picture of mental health, and take time to separate and process the many Google tabs we tend to keep open. I am neurodivergent and enjoy working with the neurodivergent population.
Healing is rarely linear, and finding a provider who truly meets you where you are can make all the difference. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner bringing extensive clinical experience to every session, I specialize in helping people across the lifespan navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and mood disorders. Whether you're facing something you've carried for years or navigating a new and difficult chapter, you deserve a space grounded in trust and open, honest communication. My goal is to be a reliable, collaborative partner in your care, helping you gain clarity, strengthen your coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. Compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care is more than a philosophy; it's how every session is shaped. Helping you better understand your mental health and build a sustainable path toward healing and resilience is what this work is all about. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where your unique needs and goals guide the direction of care. Drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and medication management, my focus is on developing practical coping skills and improving your emotional well-being. Every approach is thoughtfully tailored to you, because no two people, and no two journeys, are exactly the same. My path to this work began with early work in psychiatric facilities, where I witnessed firsthand the power of compassionate, consistent mental health care. Experiencing that impact deepened my commitment to trauma-informed, patient-centered practice that continues to guide every aspect of care today. Each session is approached with this same level of empathy, clinical insight, and a collaborative spirit, because the relationship between patient and provider matters just as much as the treatment itself. Outside of the office, staying active, creative, and connected to everyday life keeps things grounded. Whether working out, experimenting in the kitchen, or finding a sense of calm and creativity in pottery class, these pursuits bring the same intentionality and presence that shape the care offered to every patient.
Life can be a constant struggle filled with challenges and difficult times. Therapy can help in navigating through the peaks and valleys of life. I strive to work with my clients to create a plan to live a happier and healthier life. Through processing emotions, focusing on the positive while exploring the negative, and utilizing positive coping techniques, a healthier, stronger mind can be formed. Your mental health is equally as important as your physical health, which is why I aim to provide a judgment free space for my clients to exercise their mind. While recognizing that you are the expert of your own life, I want to help you in achieving your therapeutic goals through a Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral approach.
My name is Cristal Sampson. I am the sole owner and healthcare provider at Spirit Clinic. A great way to describe what it’s like to work with me is through a term I’ve coined: mindful medication management. Mindful med management is an approach to psychiatric care that is attentive to the unique needs and concerns of each individual. It’s a collaborative process, where we work together to ensure that treatment decisions are made with your input and full understanding. At its core, this approach is relational, focusing on building trust and fostering open communication, so you feel supported every step of the way. It's also deeply considerate, acknowledging and respecting your personal experiences and preferences when it comes to treatment. Taking a holistic view, it goes beyond just addressing symptoms—encompassing your overall well-being, including emotional, physical, and social factors. Most importantly, it’s patient-led, meaning that you guide the process, and I’m here to help you find the best path toward better health, on your terms.

I have extensive experience providing short and long-term individual and family therapy with young adults/college students, adolescents and adults. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depressive, trauma- and stressor- related and adjustment disorders. I can support students with major life transitions from adjusting to college to graduation and career planning. In addition to my private practice, I trained and worked professionally in a range of mental health settings including schools, college counseling centers, outpatient mental health clinics and hospitals.
I work best with college students and young adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, distracted, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of how to manage school alongside other life demands. Many of my clients are navigating ADHD symptoms, sleep difficulties, relationship concerns, identity exploration, family expectations, trauma, or major life transitions. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free. I take time to understand the whole person—not only their symptoms—including sleep, nutrition, stress, daily routines, physical health, culture, and personal goals. Together, we develop a realistic treatment plan that may include medication, healthy lifestyle changes, and coordination with a therapist or other healthcare providers. I especially welcome students from BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities who are looking for care that respects their identity and lived experiences.
