I am passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and their families/support systems. I have particular specialties using research-based practices to work with young adults and adolescents with Anxiety Disorders and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. In addition to those specialties, I support clients through a wide range of challenges including, depression, stress management, life transitions, and academic stress. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP). I have a particular interest in treating Anxiety Disorders and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder in Adolescents and young adults. Issues related to sex and dating, drugs and drinking, depression and anxiety and academic pressures aren’t topics that will freak us out. We can handle it.
