It's hard to change - but with support it becomes possible. You might be struggling with difficult thoughts like "what if my family never accepts my life choices - will they ever accept me?" Perhaps you're battling indecisiveness and fear about whether you're "good enough" to succeed, preventing you from reaching your aspirations and goals? Or maybe you feel confident and successful at times, but at other moments as if your shield for taking on the world is paper-thin? I specialize in the management of anxiety, fear, and depression - especially during times of actual or desired transition - that show up as feeling stuck or uncertain in your personal and professional life. My practice provides a safe and supportive environment to explore your challenges, resolve your concerns and help you get back to living your life again. I am able to accept both Aetna and Independent Health insurance plans.
Are you ready to work with a therapist who truly sees you? At With Heart With Soul Therapy, we believe that healing is not about ”fixing,” it’s about reclaiming who you are, improving internal and external relationships, and embracing authenticity. We understand how past wounds, or the weight of expectations, can make it hard to hear or trust your own voice. Here, there is opportunity to slow down, breathe, and reconnect; using a mind, body, soul approach, we integrate traditional evidence-based therapy and holistic healing to support those navigating deep emotions and life’s complexities, or moving from surviving to thriving. This practice specializes in holding space for resilient souls, cycle breakers, and self-healers. Our team of clinicians are genuine, skilled, and heart-centered people who bring both expertise and compassion to the work we do. We create a therapeutic space where you can process your inner and outer worlds, develop coping strategies, and reclaim your power and voice.

I head a group private practice with many available resources for adults and children. I am a leader in the field of abuse and trauma as well as sexuality and relationships. Whatever you're struggling with, I'm not here to save or cure you. What I can offer is support, companionship, guidance, and practical tips as you engage the simple and difficult process of dressing wounds, remembering how to draw in nourishment, and reorienting toward your own ‘true north.’ The long-term goal of this work is not to help you become more 'well-adjusted,' but more fully yourself in a world that often makes that difficult. It may be hard to hear, but that deep-in-your-bones longing really matters. You may have forgotten it, ridiculed it, buried it for any number of very sensible reasons; but I assure you it is waiting patiently for your return. That longing, that certain something that you can't seem to find anywhere? That is yours to grow into. And I would propose that that becoming, that filling in of the larger You, is essential not only to your own sanity, but to the health of all Life. In that spirit I may challenge you to look at the ways that you are evading the responsibility of becoming. But believe me, I evade too. I will regard you with tenderness and understanding even as I ask you to do the terrifying – trust yourself a little more. Fill your form. I hold a master's degree in mindfulness-based transpersonal clinical mental health counseling from Naropa University, and am licensed to practice professional counseling in New York and Colorado.
