Life transitions are my specialty and college is full of them! The pressures that students face can include feeling overwhelmed by college responsibilities, parent expectations, time management, career confusion, as well as "adulting" in general. Even social life can be a stressor. Some of my clients have found that past experiences or traumas have become obstacles to reaching their goals.
