I have a Masters of Education in mental health, addictions, and marriage and family therapy. I provide a safe place for you to be truly "heard" which is often underestimated. I specialize in disordered eating/body image issues using a HAES (Health at Every Size) approach. I work with people of all sizes as disordered eating does not discriminant. Other areas of specialty include grief, ADHD, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, anxiety, life changes and hormonal issues. It's common for these struggles to overlap.
