I have experience working with people dealing with a variety of issues. I will take the time to understand you, challenge you, and work together toward positive growth and change. I work closely with several other therapists in a group practice, "Sheri Rodriguez & Associates Therapy". You are welcome to view their information as well, to ensure you find the best fit for your needs. www.sherirodrigueztherapy.com I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques carefully selected based on the needs of the individual and the issues presented in therapy. Hi there! My name is Jessica, and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I believe the real job of therapy is to provide a safe place where you get to know yourself better and make changes in your life. My goal is to help you express emotions that are interfering with your life, and guide you through them at your own pace. It is a collaborative process where we work together to explore what you are going through and identify what you are looking to accomplish. It is important to me throughout this process you are feeling heard, understood, and respected. My idea of successful therapy includes you walking out with new ideas and new ways of doing things that fit your personal values and bring you happiness. It is my passion and privilege to join in this journey with you. I provide therapy services for adults, adolescents, and children. I have participated in several trainings over the years centered on play and art therapy techniques.
I am inspired when I see college-age men and women who are searching for emotional, financial, and intellectual independence. College can be a challenging time of finding identity and intimacy and I assist by helping clarify college relationships. Having gone to college and raising four children, I understand many things about the stages of early adulthood. I offer a safe space to process different parts that may be confusing in order to safely integrate all facets of personality and enhance congruence, agency, and personal power, enabling young adults to grow up healthy, more swiftly than struggling on their own.
College is the ultimate life experience, but it can also cause a lot of anxiety, doubt, confusion, and feelings of inadequacy. It also brings along questions of “am I good enough,” “did I choose the right path,” and “how am I going to get through this”? Guess what? These are all normal feelings and thoughts that every college student experiences to some degree or another, and I am here to help you navigate them! However, what happens if tragedy strikes, or you find yourself struggling with disabling anxiety, or chronic pain and/or illness? That was the predicament I found myself in during Graduate School. I received a Traumatic Brain Injury along with a Spinal Injury halfway through my MSW. I thought it was all over for me, I thought I was going to fail out of school, and was told I could never work in the field of social work. Well, I’m here to tell you they were WRONG! I made it through all the trials and tribulations, graduated with Honors, and I am here to help you navigate your struggles and help you continue to pursue your dreams! If you are struggling with daily college life, are experiencing debilitating mental health issues, or are trying to power through chronic pain and/or illness to acquire your college degree and make your dreams come true I am here to help you on your journey!

Hi, my name is Karla Gossens. I’m a therapist who understands that starting therapy can hard. I've worked with individuals for many years to explore the possibilities of change in a safe and open environment. From anxiety and depression to complex trauma, I'm happy to work with you to better understand what is going on and how to get back to your most natural self. Through the years, I've had experience working with many young adults and college students. I specialize in complex trauma and adult attachment, but also offer therapy for anxiety, depression, self-esteem, general stress, life transitions, and religious wounds. I understand that starting counseling can be an awkward and anxious thing, which is why I focus on a low pressure introduction and virtual therapy that allows you to stay in the environment that is most comfortable to you. Please feel free to reach out to me, I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have. Note: My income based sliding scale fee ranges from $60-$150 for on going sessions. If you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them.

I believe in equity, equality, and justice for all humans. You well be welcomed here and safe to be yourself regardless of gender, sexuality, race, size, and relationship structure. I am an unwavering ally for the LGBTQ+ community. I approach life, and therapy, from a trauma-informed, social justice, and anti-racist lens. I believe all humans are experiencing some degree of grief and trauma, whether from the ongoing stress of the pandemic/politics, and/or from personal life stressors. Many people have been expending all of their emotional (and physical) energy on just "keeping it together" and surviving. My goal is to offer a safe space for you to slow down, breathe, and be heard. As a therapist, I have the privilege of witnessing the resiliency of the human spirit and the power of the human brain. I will walk alongside you through this journey. I will listen. I will also encourage growth, healing, and emotional development, at your pace. Many of my clients are working towards improvement in the areas of anxiety, grief, trauma, family issues, life transitions or changes, physical symptoms (often caused by emotional stress), and relationship struggles. I often work with people who describe themselves as highly sensitive, perfectionistic, people pleasers, or high achievers. I view counseling as a holistic process and take an integrative approach to working with clients.

Hi, I’m a Latina Christian therapist, and I work best with students who feel like they’re carrying a lot—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, or just trying to figure out who they are. Many of my clients are first-generation immigrants or come from multicultural backgrounds and are navigating big transitions, like moving away from home, balancing family expectations, or finding their voice in new spaces. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood, you're not alone. I use evidence-based approaches like EMDR to help process trauma, DBT and CBT to build practical coping skills, and even animal-assisted therapy for emotional support. I create a space where you can show up as your full self—culturally, spiritually, and emotionally—and be met with care and understanding. If that sounds like what you need, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

My goal is to create a place for you to be open and honest without judgment. This is critical as counseling is a personal journey. I understand fully the pressures/struggles that life places in our paths. I actively listen to what you want to achieve and work diligently alongside you toward making that a reality.
At Hope & Wholeness, it is our mission to provide high-quality and research-informed psychological services to anyone in need. We aim to make these services accessible and effective for any community member from any background. We want to extend the healing ministry of Jesus to our community and bring about hope, healing, and wholeness. Diversity Statement: Our mission is to be a place where anyone is welcomed and supported on their journey towards hope, healing, and wholeness. We know our commitment to diversity and inclusion is central to being able to achieve this vision of welcoming everyone. We work hard to foster a culture where love and care for others is authentic and automatic. We understand that unique perspectives generate better ideas and improve our ability to help the people we serve. We realize that welcoming everyone is a lofty goal because of the polarizing differences in our culture, but this is part of what makes it a goal worth striving for. We believe in creating a safe space for all communities and people, regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious beliefs, disability, or socioeconomic status.
