I am a licensed clinical social worker providing individual counseling services to individuals ages eighteen and older. Those who come to me are often seeking relief from the challenges of PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, aging, parenting and caregiving, grief and those in or on their journey to recovery. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) which is an evidence based treatment that helps individuals heal from symptoms and emotional distress that are a result of disturbing life events. EMDR is commonly used in the treatment of traumatic memories and PTSD. My practice offers a welcoming and inclusive space where you can safely begin to look at the issues most important to you. Providing guidance on your path to greater stability and healing is my goal. For many, the first and most difficult step is reaching out for help. Seeking support for your life's challenges shows great strength and commitment to yourself and your loved ones. I look forward to hearing from you!
Each person has their own unique story and reason for seeking therapy-it is my privilege to support you in this space! My work is trauma-informed and person-centered. My approach is largely feminist and I have a devotion to working with minoritized identities in ways that feel culturally-relevant. My previous experience in community mental health has allowed me to work with a wide variety of folks in ways that feel most accessible and meaningful to them. I want to meet you where you're at and am honored to accompany you on your journey of healing.
The college years can be such a challenging time, as they often come with their own set of unique challenges. A time of growth, but also changes and transitions that are new and stressful. My practice is dedicated to providing a supportive, confidential space where we can talk through these experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and thrive both in school and in life. I have a direct, strength based approach, and focus on finding solutions and strategies that work in your everyday life. I'm passionate about helping young adults manage anxiety, overcome self-doubt, and address the mental health challenges that can impact their academic success and overall well-being. I look forward to hearing from you! Please reach out with any questions, or if you would like a consult. I am located on Cape Cod in Massachusetts, but am also licensed in New Hampshire and Maine for Telehealth sessions.

As a psychotherapist, I've had the privilege of helping clients navigate a wide variety of challenges. At its foundation, therapy is relational; it encourages immense vulnerability and asks us to place our trust in someone entirely new. The most rewarding sessions can emerge from intimate, yet difficult, conversations. For individuals and couples seeking services, I specialize in sexual health concerns, relational problems, life transitions, men’s issues, trauma, and any co-occurring anxiety and depression that may accompany these topics. When I meet with clients, I hope to nurture a safe, warm, and affirming environment. I approach clinical work through a non-pathologizing lens and value the knowledge, wisdom, and intuition that are developed through one's experiences. I operate from a place of empathy, curiosity, and cultural humility when navigating every interaction. In pursuit of providing the best mental health care, I completed an advanced certificate in sexual health and sex therapy at the University of Michigan. For individuals and couples wanting to address sexual health topics, I welcome conversations related to non-monogamy/polyamory, intimacy/connection, sexual shame/empowerment, desire discrepancies and low desire, sexual functioning concerns, and trauma. As a queer clinician, I am committed to improving the mental health of the LGBTQ+ community, yet I invite clients of any background to explore services. Not all people come to therapy with clear intentions for this work; some merely sense that they may benefit from additional support. Wherever you are in this journey, I hope to join you along the way.
In my practice, I integrate counseling, art therapy, and mindfulness to offer a holistic approach to mental health and wellness. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable processing emotions, managing stress, and working through challenges. Whether you're navigating academics, relationships, identity, or life transitions, we'll work together to help you recognize your strengths and move toward your personal and emotional goals.

My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, build resilience, and find relief through honest conversation, understanding, and practical tools for growth. With over 25 years of experience as a community-based social worker—and the last 7 years in private practice—I’ve developed a deep capacity for listening, supporting, and, most importantly, healing. My approach is designed to help people navigate anxiety that often arises from life’s unexpected challenges, whether big or small. I’m certified in EMDR and incorporate a range of complementary therapeutic methods tailored to each individual. If you find yourself struggling with issues that others—or even you—might dismiss as minor, it may be time to strengthen your skills and move beyond survival into a life where you can truly thrive.
Welcome to my practice! My practice focuses on working with women ages 18+ to enhance overall well-being. My experience encompass the areas related to college readiness/preparation, pre- and post-college transitions, depression, anxiety, low self-image/self-esteem, relationship conflicts, academic stress, and bereavement. I am invested in working with my clients to provide them with the tools and skills to achieve their personal goals and improve overall sense of well-being. The therapeutic modalities I primary use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, IFS (Internal Family systems), strength-based approach and psychodynamic therapy. My therapeutic approach is a collaborative effort between my clients and myself to focus on treatment objectives and achieve progress within the journey and experience of therapy. I create a warm, engaging and safe environment for my clients to explore difficult issues and open up to the therapeutic process at their own pace. I feel that therapy is a choice allowing each client to feel empowered by their decision to share in the therapeutic relationship with me. Currently, I am only conducting telehealth sessions. I use Simple Practice to conduct video sessions. To contact me-email is best.
