Hey there! I'm Kat! I believe that therapy is most effective when rooted in authenticity. New to therapy? Not sure where to start? No problem. I'm all about providing mental health care that's compassionate and free of judgment – it doesn't matter your age, gender, identity, ethnicity, relationship style, or culture; I'm here to help.
I am EMDR trained and a NASW-trained ally in care as an LGTBQ+ affirming provider. I have experience helping folks with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, PTSD, navigating life changes and transitions, and providing support to LGBTQIA+ clients.
