ENTHEO PSYCHOTHERAPY: Depth Psychotherapy for the Dedicated Souls Hello and xin chào! I am a relationally-oriented Jungian depth psychotherapist with degrees from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I enjoy working with creatives, students of psychotherapy, and those dedicated to a life oriented toward meaningfulness. I have postgraduate training from the California Institute of Integral Studies in psychedelic therapies and research and provide integration counseling of altered states of experiences (visions, but also nightly dreams). I believe we are wounded in relationships, and it is through relationships that we also heal. I often place focus on what goes on between you and I as a reflection of what goes on for you in relationships outside of our therapeutic one. I provide telehealth sessions curated toward your specific needs. My approach is dual-prong--coping skills and processing skills.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years experience, dedicated to helping cultivate the life you desire. With a background in Marriage and Family Therapy, my approach to therapy is through a systemic lens. I will help you identify your barriers and provide a setting conducive to your building a healthy foundation for your growth. College is an opportunity for exploration and growth. With that can come anxiety, questioning and stress. I am available to process and find the balance.

Finding ourselves stuck in problems that we can't seem to figure out isn't uncommon and asking for help isn't easy, but it is a brave first step. My hope is that once I have the opportunity to get to know you and your unique experiences, I can help you to develop the skills to manage life's challenges in a way that you can be proud of. I have worked with children, families and adults and tailor my practice to the individuals I serve. I strive to create a space that is safe, non-judgemental and considers the complexity of your life. My past work has been with individuals of all ages who have experienced complex trauma and the resulting depression, anxiety, anger, fear, shame and grief. I strive to create a safe and anti-oppressive practice that respects, validates and affirms individual racial, ethnic, religious, spiritual, gender and sexual identities. I believe that people are meant to live in relationship, but that often we get stuck in negative cycles of relating to ourselves, others and the world that keep us from growth and joy. In my own life, I have worked and continue to work to break down these things for myself, and I am honored to join others in their work to do the same. :)

You're probably here because there is a part of you that knows you were created for more. You were made for deeper connections, more freedom and laughter, a greater sense of purpose and fullness of life. Life is hard. And somewhere along the way we begin relating to ourselves and others from a place of fear and woundedness. We numb ourselves, make ourselves small, and hide the parts that we fear will be rejected. We get stuck in patterns of feeling unlovable, unworthy, afraid, and disconnected from joy. Therapy can help you realign with your true self and find compassion and healing for the parts that feel stuck.
Do you feel stuck in an endless cycle of perfectionism? Do you find you can’t get away from your own inner criticism, no matter what you do? Perhaps you’ve experienced anxiety from a young age and struggle to find relationships where you feel valued. When you’ve lived a certain way for so long, it can feel like change is impossible. But there’s a part of you that is a rebel, a cycle-breaker. It envisions a life filled with confidence, self-worth, and trusting healthy relationships. My goal is to help you bring this vision to life. I specialize in holistic treatment that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. I use my training in somatic Internal Family Systems and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing to address deeper patterns that leave you feeling stuck. I also use an attachment based approach to better understand your past and build a safe therapeutic relationship. As a survivor of complex trauma, I understand the daily heaviness that comes with holding so much. I I also know what its like to relieve myself of those burdens and a live an authentic and fulfilling life. I want to help you do the same.
Hi! My name is Amy and my primary practice specialty is grief and loss. While often people come to me due to the death of someone, grief is a wide and varied experience that can encompass many experiences: the end of a relationship, loss of a job, moving to a new place, the transition from high school to college or college to adulthood, and many others. I love working with people who acknowledge that the pain and suffering they are experiencing does not have to be managed alone and I am in the work of sitting with what can't always be fixed. Sometimes we just need a space to talk, learn coping skills, and say how much what we're dealing with sucks without people trying to problem solve or feel uncomfortable with the emotions we're experiencing. That's the space I create - one of safety, validation, humor, compassion, and unconditional permission to say, feel, and think whatever you need along your healing journey.

Anxiety, sadness, loneliness, low self-esteem, self-doubt, distress, difficulty sleeping and discomfort in our bodies are indicators that we need support. I am passionate about helping clients navigate difficult transitions, using these challenges as catalysts for healing and growth. With over 25 years of experience in various therapeutic modalities, I provide client-centered and trauma-responsive therapy grounded in compassion and empathy. It is a privilege to guide clients in processing and integrating past and present experiences. I employ Internal Family Systems (IFS) "parts work" (an approach that helps us understand and heal from past experiences by identifying and addressing different parts of our psyche), attachment theory, EMDR and Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT).
Nick was born and raised in Colorado, having earned his bachelor degree at University of Colorado, Boulder and his master of social work degree at Colorado State University. Nick understands the power of building trusting, authentic relationships with the therapy clients he serves. He is active in collaborating with his clients to clarify goals and personal values in therapy to achieve meaningful results. In his free time, Nick likes to travel, play his guitar, and spend time connecting with others.
I specialize in women's mental health (child-free by choice, career advancement & difficulties, relational dynamics, high-power positions, personal growth focus), and LGBTQ+, transgender, and non-binary focused care, including surgery support letters. I help clients make sense of their lives through connecting with their own emotional experiences. I recognize the influence that injustice, oppression and family upbringing can have. I work to frame the emotional struggles in terms of what they are - powerful survival mechanisms that served you well in the past, yet need to be revisited to further grow. Many clients enter therapy feeling vulnerable. Through working on empowerment, from a feminist and queer theory lens, I help the client learn that they are in charge of their lives outside of therapy. It is my hope that through therapy, I am able to assist my clients in living a more congruent, fulfilling, and meaningful life. I am a PSYPACT provider.
