If you are looking to be fixed, you have come to the wrong place. You are a human being longing to be seen and heard, not a problem to be solved. As a queer, Asian (Filipinx) immigrant, I understand the importance of community, advocacy, and finding your voice. Together, we can work to bring awareness to the harmful messages we have come to internalize and the systems of oppression that inform the ways in which we take up space. If you are seeking justice & compassion for inner child you, as well as meaning and belonging for present you - I eagerly invite and welcome you in. I specialize in working with QTBIPOC+ college students, adults, and couples on issues of Intersectionality, Identity, Intergenerational Trauma, Social Justice, Interpersonal Skills, and Self-Compassion Work, among others. Human connection is everything - let's make room for your lived experiences, hopes, and dreams; your mere existence is an act of rebellion When working with me, I want you to feel like you have complete ownership of your personal narrative. I believe that there is so much power to be found within the therapeutic relationship. When there is mutual trust, respect, and authenticity in the room, we can start to effect healing. Do you struggle with excessive worrying? Do you find yourself avoiding certain situations out of fear or nervousness? Do certain situations trigger you emotionally? Are you always striving to be the very best academically while being hard on yourself if you don't measure up to your own expectations? If any of these scenarios sound familiar to you, I can help. I have over 12 years experience working with people who experience issues related to Anxiety and Trauma. I also specialize in helping people overcome Perfectionism and other issues related to Over-Achieving. I utilize cutting edge, evidence based therapies including EMDR, Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help people overcome their challenges. When I work with people I try to see the world through their eyes while also providing new perspectives. I help people understand the origins of their problems while helping them learn new skills to manage symptoms. I often utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help people resolve trauma and anxiety. This cutting edge therapy can alleviate symptoms more quickly and thoroughly than talk therapy alone. I also love working with college students! I provide both in person and tele-therapy.
I provide individual and couples therapy to individuals who want to live their best lives. I work with people to help them to develop into the versions of themselves they have always wanted to be. I also specialize in psychological testing and evaluation. I provide testing for ADHD, Cognitive disorders, IQ testing, mood and personality testing as well.

Hello! My name is Brandon and I have been in social services/mental health for about 9 years now. I have had a lot of success with young adult clients and adult clients looking to empower themselves but are maybe held back by ADHD, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relational issues, people pleasing, addiction, religious trauma - and much more! If I were to sum up my job to a few words, it is to empower you to live the life that you want! The relationship that we build together is super important to me as well, and I am good at building rapport with clients instead of being a "therapy robot". So, how can I help? I have built a reputation of being a straightforward and honest therapist, meaning I will challenge you, point out certain contradictions in thought patterns, push you to be more aware and mindful of problematic behaviors, validate your emotional experience, and explore your past to find reasons of certain behaviors you now struggle with. I'm a big music nerd who loves concerts and I play a couple of instruments. I really enjoy nerdy things like fantasy/sci-fi movies, shows, books, video games etc. I am also quite active and like to ski, mountain bike, enjoy the outdoors, and I like most sports overall. I'd love to invite you to call or email me if you think we'd be a good fit!

Working as an independent provider giving psychiatric care from my office, White Hart PMH, I help students who struggle with depression, anxiety, and attention deficit disorder and provide understanding of the progression and management of these conditions improving the overall quality of personal, academic, and professional life by bringing together physiologic (medications management), psychologic (psychotherapy support, cognitive processes, mindfulness), and lifestyle (nutrition as medicine, physical activity strategies). I find working with college students and young adults very rewarding recognizing I was once in the same place as you. I understand how challenging it can be to maintain the demands of college especially true when coping with depression, anxiety, and cognitive performance issues. These experiences lead to feeling overwhelmed and make keeping up with schoolwork difficult. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, and performance issues, an assessment and an individualized treatment plan can help.
Life is going okay, but you know it could be better. You want better relationships or you’re having trouble navigating boundaries with that one family member. You’re feeling depressed, anxious, stressed, and you’re self-aware, but you don’t know what to do about it. There is this nagging belief that something is wrong with you or that you should be doing more. Maybe you’re in transition and or you just really want to make sure you’re mentally well. Individual therapy is great for addressing all of these challenges and joys in life. Part of what works about individual therapy is a solid relationship with a therapist who really gets you, helps you see different perspectives, and helps you make sense of what is going on in your life. You’re the expert on you and as a therapist, I walk with you to help you heal and move forward.
I can help you manage uneasy emotions by providing a safe, confidential space to explore your feelings without being judged. You will be given tools to manage your anxiety and depressive symptoms that can transform the way you move forward in life.
If you’re feeling less like yourself, with anxious thoughts, trouble sleeping, trouble making decisions, difficulty motivating or just feeling like your new life wasn’t what you expected, I can help get you on a new path towards healing and connection. I help college students with adjustment, stress, depression, anxiety and relationship issues. I have training working with those withADHD and associated issues, as well as specialized understanding of the pressure faced by high level collegiate athletes.
