(Current availability for new clients: In-Person sessions in Aurora on Tuesdays at 10am or 11am; and Virtual sessions on Mondays at 11am, 1pm or 2pm, and Fridays at 1pm or 2pm). Wonton (Professionally trained Therapy Dog) & I are so excited you've found us! Are you curious about Animal-Assisted Therapy & connecting with an enthusiastic, loving, compassionate, 8-year-old, yellow lab? It can feel really isolating to struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and/or addiction. On top of that, it can be challenging to connect with people who understand that experience without judgement & can offer appropriate support. Therapy Dogs offer a very unique type of support for mental health: nervous system regulation, somatic processing, grounding skills, relationship skills, general improvements in mood, etc. Wonton & I have been a partnered therapy team since 2018 & we offer a warm, non-judgmental approach to facilitate the challenging work of therapy. We utilize a combination of therapeutic modalities such as Animal-Assisted Therapy, along with CBT, DBT, ACT, Trauma-Focused, & Solution-Focused specialties to support young adults/adults. After my family experienced something traumatic and we went through our own grief and healing journey (ongoing), this experience helped me to relate to a broader range of folks who were also hurting. I became a mental health professional because I love connecting with people and want to help them navigate unique and challenging circumstances. I am passionate about partnering with people who are choosing change and healing in order to discover more about themselves, grow, improve their quality of life and relationships with others. Prior to working in the mental health field, I worked as an Administrative Personnel at a University in Colorado for over 10 years and supported undergraduate and graduate students which allowed me opportunities to witness the unique challenges that students experience. If you are struggling with the stress of meeting new expectations, adjusting to college environments, managing your course load along with other adult responsibilities, trying to find your identity as a young adult, struggling in your relationships, having homesickness, and/or managing an illness(es), then you are not alone in this experience. If you are ready to choose change & healing in order to discover more about yourself, grow, & improve your quality of life & relationships with others, then Wonton & I would love an opportunity to connect & partner with you!
Hi there, my name is Dylan Warnari (he/him) I am looking to work with young adults as I find it can be an equally challenging and exciting time for people. There's a lot to consider from school motivation, setting oneself up for a career, and navigating peers/teachers and the college system broadly. Additionally, it can be a time where you're exploring new identities, meeting new people, navigating roommate situations, finding important relationships, and sometimes managing the ups and downs of newfound freedom from parental overhead. My hope is to be a support in helping you explore your options and find those that most align with your values and goals. I have a pretty extensive background in education (can see my website if interested) that has shaped my view that for some, dropping out, and finding a way to do that despite outside pressures, can also be valuable and I can support in that transition as well. Of course, I am open to discussing concerns beyond what's mentioned here including depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, coping skills, and identity. I also bring a focus on emotional self- and co-regulation to session. Some additional detail highlights (1) My availability is mostly between 9:30-3:30 Mon - Fri, but if you have additional preferences I may be available, (2) I offer and prefer in-person off I225 and Iliff, but may be open to virtual, (3) 18+ and willing to work with all genders (4) I accept insurance (Kaiser, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare) and also private pay at $150 a session with sliding scale pricing available.

At some point, many people realize that what they're doing is no longer working, but they're not sure what to do to fix it. I specialize in people (13+) and families who are dealing with conflict, self-defeating behaviors, anxiety, depression, stress, anger, loneliness, relationship issues, low self-esteem, or questions of identity. Through my practice, I've successfully helped clients move past issues that have blocked them from living fully, completely, and whole-heartedly. While working with me, they've been able to find more joy, happiness, success, and peace in the areas of their life that matter most to them. Together, we'll build your self-awareness, develop clarity on your goals and values, and foster an understanding of where you're coming from and where you'd like to go. I use several evidence-based modalities to help my clients do that, but the most important aspect of my practice is my relational, non-judgmental, open, direct, and clear approach. My work matters deeply to me and I feel a strong calling to give my clients my best, session after session. There's no better feeling I get than when my clients sense their progress and recognize that their life is changing in ways they've always longed for. If any of this has resonated with you, please don't hesitate to reach out. Let's talk.
What makes Restoration Psychology different? We know you have various options for treatment providers and therapy. Restoration Psychology is deeply committed to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive treatment for all people. We strive to help our clients restore mental well being and reduce psychological stress. We know that each individual and family has a unique set of needs and cultural values that can impact treatment. Our clinicians work hard to understand our clients from a bio-psycho-social- spiritual lens. We want to tailor each treatment approach to fit your needs. We are a full-service counseling center specializing in faith-based counseling through a unique bio-psycho-social-spiritual lens aimed at integrating the full self by renewing what has been damaged, revitalizing what has decayed, and rebuilding what has deteriorated. In order to do this, we must explore each aspect of the individual—their physical characteristics (race, ethnicity, health issues etc.), mental/emotional states, relationships with others (including family and community groups), and faith convictions. This allows us to take the first step of the journey toward restoration. Because spiritual belief influences one’s worldview, it also greatly influences the individual and is, therefore, an important aspect to be explored. We promise to work with you where you are, no matter your faith background. We will provide a safe space for you to confront any issues that arise in a judgment-free environment.

Hi, I’m Gwen! I’m so glad you’re here. Life comes with change, unexpected turns, and seasons that can sometimes leave us feeling unsure of what comes next. My goal is to provide a warm, judgment-free space where you can feel supported, understood, and comfortable showing up as your authentic self. I’m especially passionate about supporting perinatal and postpartum mothers, couples, and families as they adjust to the joys and challenges of growing and changing together. Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, every experience is different, and I would be honored to walk alongside you through each chapter. I also enjoy working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults as they work through the challenges unique to their stage of life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Gottman Method. Together, we can explore what matters most to you, build practical tools for managing emotions and relationships, and create meaningful change that feels sustainable. I believe therapy isn’t about telling you who to be or how to live, but creating a space where you can better understand yourself and move toward the life and relationships you want.

Hi I’m Meredith! By searching for the right therapist for you, you’re taking the first difficult step towards feeling empowered and supported. As you work toward healing and personal growth, I believe meaningful change happens through connection, creativity, self-compassion, and developing practical tools for everyday life. I am an Art Therapist and Counselor dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in working with families and neurodivergent individuals. My therapeutic environment honors each person’s unique strengths, needs, and experiences. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in the therapeutic relationship and authenticity. I utilize an integrative to best fit clients’ goals, drawing from Art Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Play Therapy Techniques, and other evidence-based modalities. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy painting, exploring Colorado’s trails through hiking. I also love spending quality time with friends and family. These experiences help me stay grounded and connected to the creativity and relationships that I value both personally and professionally.
You deserve a space where your story is honored, your pain is witnessed, and your healing feels possible. As a trauma-informed therapist, I work with individuals and couples who are ready to reconnect with themselves, process what’s been holding them back, and move forward with clarity and self-trust. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all — and it shouldn't be. I meet you exactly where you are, with compassion and curiosity, and we collaborate to create a path forward that feels authentic to you. I hold the belief that you are the expert of your life; my role is to help you access the wisdom and resilience you already carry within. In our work together, we’ll gently explore how past experiences show up in your present — in your thoughts, your relationships, and in your body. I integrate EMDR, somatic approaches, parts work, mindfulness, and nervous system education to help you not just understand yourself, but feel more whole and empowered in daily life. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected — and leave feeling more confident, self-aware, and capable of navigating life with intention. I offer gender-affirming care and a welcoming, inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ clients, BIPOC, and anyone seeking healing without judgment. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Together, we’ll build the foundation for the change you’re ready for.
