I work with people who are interested in improving their relationships with one another.

Therapy is a place where partners can learn how to disrupt old patterns and start experiencing the pleasure of interacting in new ways. The work involves talking, examining the obstacles to talking, and using what happens in sessions as a way to understand what goes on outside of therapy. It also involves bringing creativity to the problems at hand and trying things differently.

I like to create a space with ample opportunity for collaboration as we address the issues that present. Most of all, I strive to provide a safe environment where each individual can explore anything about themselves in their relationships.

If you're interested in enhancing the communication and understanding in your relationship, therapy may be right for you. I offer 50-minute and 75-minute sessions in-person and online. Therapy is a significant investment; if you're curious whether therapy could help, I encourage you to reach out to schedule a free phone or video consultation.

You're exhausted. Not just tired, exhausted. The kind that sleep doesn't touch. You've been holding it together, pushing through, showing up for everyone else. And somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling like yourself. Maybe you've tried therapy before. Read the books, downloaded the apps, done the work. And yet here you are, same patterns, same weight, same wall. That doesn't mean you're broken. It means you haven't found the right fit yet. This is a space where you don't have to perform progress or have the perfect words ready. Just come as you are. About my approach: I use EMDR, Narrative, Emotion-Focused, and attachment-based approaches all grounded in cultural humility. But honestly? My clients usually come in expecting someone serious and clinical. Then they realize I laugh easily, I swear sometimes, and yes, I will absolutely do a mini chair-dance when you hit a milestone. No poker face here. About me: I'm a first-generation Latinx, LGBTQIA+ woman who grew up in a multigenerational household where family, community, and education weren't just values, they were survival. That lived experience shows up in how I work: with warmth, cultural humility, and full presence.

Through encouragement and empowerment, we will work to reduce and heal the challenges you face. Having supported a wide variety of clients, I am passionate about working with both men and women to find and maintain freedom from their eating and co-occurring disorders by gently confronting barriers, building on strengths and challenging unhelpful relational and thought patterns. I've worked in various levels of care from inpatient to PHP eating disorder and general mental health programs. No feeling or problem is too big for us to face together. I am also offering clinical supervision to prelicensed professionals in PA and Washington DC who are in, or looking to work in, the eating disorder field. If you are here, you may be neurodivergent or disabled. You may be juggling multiple identities that don't feel accepted in today's world. You may be learning how to feel safe-enough in a world that doesn't feel built for you. In 2026, that may feel like an uphill battle. There are so few moments in our lives when we get to show up as our whole selves without fear of judgment. If you are considering therapy, I believe a part of you knows you deserve a space like that- a space where you dig deep, be messy, laugh, cry, and grow. I want to help create that space for you and with you. Some days, you don't want to just sit and talk about your trauma. I get that. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Drama Therapist, I get to expand beyond traditional talk therapy with my clients. In sessions, I utilize a variety of creative arts and trauma-centered interventions to help clients build back their relationship to their core self, address current concerns, and develop new paths towards healing. As a disability justice-based and neurodivergent therapist, I have extensive experience working with clients with chronic illnesses and PTSD. Through therapy, we can explore how to honor and celebrate individual identities while developing coping tools to navigate social, societal, and environmental barriers that may appear. I work in sessions to create a space that feels attuned to you and your healing. I never want virtual therapy to feel like you are talking to a robot behind a screen, and I strive to show up as an authentic, honest, and compassionate human in all my sessions. We may find ourselves laughing together one moment and having a deep, emotional exploration the next. I work to build genuine connections and communication with each client where they can be unmasked. Healing Unscripted is a small practice on purpose and with purpose. While I can't make the world shift overnight, I can work hard to make your therapy sessions feel like a space you can be your true self without fear of judgement.

Clinical Social Work/Therapist

Princeton, NJ

I founded my practice to create a space for people to feel heard, seen, and to create positive change in their lives. I want mental health care to feel welcoming, accessible, and like a safe holding space to sort it all out. I truly believe we are all out here doing our best, and that every person deserves an opportunity to heal and grow from adversity. We are all flawed works in progress, and that’s perfectly okay. I have had the opportunity to live this; and know what it’s like to be in the other seat. I’m so grateful for the healers in my life (shout out to Rary and Rena!), and find great purpose and privilege in being able to do that for others. I guide clients by fostering space for exploration and curiosity while also integrating actionable practical tools. I specialize in helping people process their trauma, get relief from anxiety and depression, understand and set boundaries, and improve relationship functioning. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, strengths-based, and empathic. I am trained in evidenced based interventions that offer highly effective relief. Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) offers Trauma/PTSD treatment in 7-12 sessions. The Gottman Method is an extensively researched backed methodology for treating couples. My goal is to deepen the understanding between couples and provide blueprints for success to handle conflicts. Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) is a treatment modality for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Please don't hesitate to reach out for a free 15 minute consultation.
