We are a group of therapists and medication management providers that specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, and LGBTQ concerns. We are dedicated to providing patient and family-centered care. We are also dedicated to providing individualized care, as we recognize that every person has a unique need. We ensure patients are active participants in treatment. You can expect to learn about different treatment options and formulate a plan with which you are comfortable. We have a diverse clinical background that has enabled me to manage a wide variety of mental health conditions. We have trained and worked in various mental health treatment settings to include inpatient and outpatient facilities. We recognize the impact that mental health conditions can have on daily life. We work with clients who feel overwhelmed with feelings of sadness, panic, worry, fatigue, and disconnection from others. We provide a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere to explore symptoms. We empower clients with tools to manage their emotions, track their moods, and gain insight.

We all come into therapy for different reasons. Some people may have specific challenges they are looking to overcome, while others may just need to explore why they feel the way they do. Both in relationships and as individuals, often we first feel the barriers in front of us before we really understand where they are coming from. Challenges in my own life and the very complexities of identity itself have profoundly shaped my empathetic approach to life. I see therapy as a conversation, and I am deeply committed to maintaining an open dialogue with you. I also recognize that you are the expert on your own lived experiences. I am here to support you in your journey of resilience, empowerment, and self-discovery. I provide a space where you can feel safe exploring gender and sexual identities, overcoming the stigma of addiction, understanding the impact of discrimination, overcoming depression, anxiety, trauma and other intersecting issues. My approach to counseling is based on a holistic person-centered philosophy that emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. As a therapist, my primary goal is to empower you to take control of your journey toward change, providing a safe and collaborative space where we can work together.

Hi, I'm Lauren! I am a non-binary, queer AuDHD therapist practicing psychodynamic clinical social work in Massachusetts and Oregon. I also identify as white and mid-fat. My pronouns are she/they. In my practice, I specialize in working with adults who identify as, or are exploring whether they may be, LGBTQIA2S+ and/or neurodivergent, especially autistic and/or ADHD. In addition, I help clients work through issues related to depression, anxiety, and relational difficulties. Through an affirming and integrative approach, I provide a warm and supportive therapeutic environment for clients to explore their inner selves and make positive changes in their lives. My work with clients is collaborative, as together we delve into the reasons behind persistent challenges and unearth new aspects of their identities and experiences, ultimately making space for growth, healing, and flourishing. For neurodivergent clients, our sessions often involve working on strategies to improve executive functioning, which includes skills like task initiation, time management, organization, attention, and planning. My approach is aligned with the Health at Every Size (HAES) framework.

Welcome! I have been practicing as a Mental Health Counselor for nearly 10 years, and it continues to be a privilege to support individuals through life’s many challenges. As someone with lived experience as an ADHDer, I know what it can feel like to be misunderstood or to move through the world feeling different. This perspective deeply informs my work. My goal is to help you move toward a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and more at peace. Life comes with bumps and bruises, and it can sometimes feel incredibly lonely. I am here to meet you exactly where you are and offer a space where you can grow, heal, and reconnect with your inner sense of peace. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, whether it's your first time or you're looking for something different than what you've tried before. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, or simply ready for something to change — especially in the middle of the demands of student life, work, or both. I've worked in mental health since 2000, with over 25 years of experience with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I'm licensed in Oregon, Washington, and Colorado, and I see clients through secure telehealth. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, chronic illness, relationship concerns, burnout, and major life transitions. I have particular experience with college and graduate students, helping professionals, and people navigating the emotional weight of chronic or invisible illness. My approach is collaborative and active. Insight matters, but understanding why a pattern exists doesn't always change how it feels — so alongside talking, we work toward new emotional, relational, and nervous-system experiences that let change happen on a deeper level. I draw on attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and approaches like Somatic Experiencing, AEDP, IFS, and EMDR, depending on what fits you. Some sessions focus on practical strategies and current challenges. Others slow down to explore what's happening underneath. We'll find the pace that actually helps.

Hi! My name is Raveena. I particularly enjoy working with young adults navigating self-esteem and self-confidence issues, major life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I specialize in supporting individuals impacted by racism, bigotry, intergenerational trauma, acculturation challenges, disordered eating/ED's and body image. I also work with issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and everyday stressors. I strive to create a space that affirms all identities and lived experiences. As a South Asian therapist of Punjabi descent, I bring a deep sense of empathy and cultural awareness to my work with BIPOC and other marginalized clients. A key part of my approach is recognizing and challenging the systemic forces that impact people of color, queer and trans individuals, and those at the intersections of multiple identities. Sometimes it can be difficult to reach out, which is understandable. If it feels right, please reach out to schedule a consultation, and if you have any questions or thoughts I'd be happy to help.
