PACS is a growing mental health group practice based in New York City, dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centered, and culturally competent mental health services. PACS was established in 2018 by Dr. Dubus as a solo practice. Dr. Dubus has years of experience working both within the criminal justice system as well as the mental health system.
