Aside from my extensive educational and clinical experience, my work is influenced by my lived experience, as an immigrant, fully fluent in Spanish, first generation college student, and parent to neurodivergent youth. I offer a professional and direct, yet warm and personable style to effectively help my clients, including young and older college students, address the stressors and mental health challenges they are facing, including relationship issues, adjustment disorders, depression, and anxiety.
