I work best with students who are navigating big life transitions, managing stress, or feeling overwhelmed by expectations—whether that’s from school, family, relationships, or themselves. Many of the students I have seen are deep feelers who carry a lot on their shoulders but don’t always feel like they can ask for help. They may struggle with anxiety, depression, identity exploration, or trauma from earlier life experiences. Therapy with me is a space to unpack all of that without pressure to be perfect. You don’t have to have it all figured out—just come as you are.

My clients often come to me when their familiar ways of understanding and approaching life, faith, health, or beauty are no longer working for them and are causing them harm. I specialize in work with people of all sizes and genders who struggle with food and body concerns, and with people who may have experienced violence, hurt, or neglect in their lives. I particularly enjoy supporting people in the LGBTQ community.

Are you doing your best, yet life keeps demanding more? Maybe you’re facing change, feeling disconnected in your relationships, or struggling with anxiety or depression that makes everything harder. Are you tired of overthinking, holding it all together, and still feeling stuck? Do you want to feel steady again, to trust yourself, find balance, and breathe a little easier? You don’t have to do this alone. Therapy with me isn’t stiff or clinical; it’s a space to be real, reflect, and respond to life with confidence and self-compassion. I believe therapy should feel human and supportive. Growth happens when you feel safe enough to be yourself, not judged or pressured. My role is to create a space where you can slow down, breathe and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. Therapy is collaborative: you bring your story, strengths and insight; I bring tools, perspective, and compassion. Healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself; it’s about understanding yourself with kindness and curiosity. From that place, real change becomes possible. Together, we’ll work toward greater balance, peace, and connection with yourself and with the people who matter most. If you’re ready to reach out, I’d be honored to support you through whatever you’re facing.

Are you and your partner constantly arguing, stuck in the same loop, and struggling to find connection? Both blaming each other and full of hurts. Are you in a relationship, but you both feel lonely and want to be closer? Or are you an individual that is feeling sad, confused, anxious, angry, lonely, or disconnected from someone? Are you ready for therapy, but your partner isn't? Or are you a parent who needs help repairing the relationship with your adult child? Families go through so many transitions. Sometimes it is difficult to navigate all the busyness of life and find time to connect with one another. As a Certified Emotionally Focussed Therapist, I can help you to make sense of what is happening and help you to step out of negative patterns and find closeness. To feel connected and less lonely. To find healing and repair from hurts in a non-blaming way. To focus on the people that really matter in your life, instead of the busyness of life. Jennifer has a heart for relationships. Being able to sit with people as they walk through their journey is a s gift. It takes a lot of courage to take that first step. Her passion is helping to strengthen relationships and make space for people and families to connect and heal on a deeper level. Jennifer cares deeply, she is approachable and genuine.
