Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to change, know that showing up is already a meaningful first step. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and centered on getting to know you, walking alongside you as you build practical tools, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is grounded in what actually works for you. I draw from CBT, ACT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy, adjusting the focus each session, whether that's building coping skills or simply having space to talk things through. I want you to leave our work together with real clarity and tools that stick. Reaching out and starting therapy takes real courage, and I'd love the chance to walk alongside you. I want our work together to feel supportive and comfortable from the very first conversation. My hope is that you feel safe, supported, and genuinely welcomed with me, with room to grow at your own pace.

Welcome and thank you for inquiring about therapy with me. The bulk of my experience is in treating children, adolescents and young adults with a diverse set of concerns, including anxiety, depression, adjustment, identity development, etc. Because I believe the connection held between therapist and client is the most important indicator of success, even if your concern isn't listed here, please reach out to see if we might be a good match. I work from an eclectic framework, beginning first with developing a strong therapeutic reliance. From there, I borrow from modalities such as ACT, Humanistic and CBT to tailor a treatment just right for you. The best way to learn if we'll be a good match is to reach out to me directly. I'm happy to answer any questions you have on our free initial consultation. Additionally, I can help you navigate how to find out if your insurance company will reimburse for my out-of-network services.

It can feel overwhelming to be proactive about making positive changes in our lives. Everyone has their own complicated life circumstances related to school, family, work, relationships, and mental and spiritual well being. Therapy can be an essential tool to work to un-complicate these circumstances and focus on making happiness and wellness a daily priority. When we feel overwhelmed with worry or that it's impossible to accomplish daily tasks we feel powerless. I have been in this field for over 15 years and can provide a supportive and empathic environment in which we can work together on specific goals and changes for your life. My experience with issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, and parenting allow me to help you identify obstacles to change and move forward in improving your overall mental health. I am both a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and a Certified School Social Worker/Adjustment Counselor. Entering therapy can be daunting but I will provide a relaxed atmosphere for you to feel empowered and motivated to make real improvements in your life. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities to ensure that we are working towards the best possible solutions for your specific needs.
