You know something needs to change. You're tired of the way you've been feeling. Maybe you're struggling to identify what would help, or you already know what to do, but can't seem to find the motivation to follow through. Maybe you can imagine just what you want for yourself, but you get stuck when it comes to making changes you can stick with, leaving you frustrated, embarrassed, or disheartened. I'm here to help you identify what's working in your life and enhance it, and to find what isn’t working so you can determine, with clarity and kindness, what you want to change and how to develop the life you really want.

I work with clients who feel stuck—whether that’s in their relationships, thoughts, careers, or life in general. My goal is to help you feel less stuck by providing collaborative, direct support focused on problem-solving and implementing lasting solutions. I believe therapy should help you gain insight into who you are at your core while also building the tools you need to face challenges with confidence. In our sessions, you’ll find a warm inviting space where I’ll be honest and hold you accountable to your goals. I aim to cultivate a healthy sense of challenge that encourages you to work toward meaningful change. My hope is that you’ll feel grounded and supported as we tackle life’s difficulties together.

College can feel like a constant balancing act between expectations, relationships, and the pressure to have it all figured out. I specialize in working with high-achieving individuals who look successful on the outside but privately struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt. Many of my clients are insightful and self-aware–they know why they feel the way they do, but that insight alone hasn’t been enough to shift how they feel. My approach focuses on helping you reconnect with your emotional experiences as valuable sources of information, not something to fix or avoid. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the overthinking so you can feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally resilient. Clients describe me as warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I create a space where you can feel both deeply supported and gently challenged. If this resonates, I’d love to connect for a free consultation.

I work best with high-functioning adults and students who seem put together on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or burned out on the inside. Many are caregivers, first-generation professionals, or cycle-breakers navigating pressure, perfectionism, family expectations, or relationship stress. They’re thoughtful and motivated for growth. They want practical tools to manage stress and set boundaries, while also understanding deeper patterns that keep them stuck. If you’re tired of just surviving and ready to feel more grounded and intentional, we’ll likely be a good fit. Therapy with me is warm, culturally responsive, and focused on helping you build skills and create real, lasting change.

Life can be overwhelming, and through it's challenges, we often feel a need for support. As a therapist, my role is to join with you, challenge you when needed, and create a safe space for you to explore and process. I specialize in relationship issues, resolving trauma, managing the impact of anxiety, and embracing the changes that life inevitably presents us all. While I draw from a range of treatment approaches, at the heart of therapy is the relationship we build together. I believe that healing happens in connection, and we will work together to determine the best approach for you. I know starting therapy can feel like a big step. If you want a safe place to be yourself and begin to create meaningful change, I’d be happy to connect and see how we can work together!

I specialize in working with clients who are navigating various life transitions and/or are members of the LGBTQIA2S+, neurodivergent, consensual nonmonogamy or kink/bdsm communities.

At its core, therapy is about the people sitting in a room together (or often sitting on computers together), and that safety within the relationship is one of the most important aspects of finding a good fit. I am honored to create that space with you. As a therapist, I start with one basic assumption: you are the expert of your own experience. My hope is to empower people to better understand those experiences or to bring in additional perspectives that might shed more light on aspects of one’s life. Informed by my background in queer theory, feminist theory, and anti-racist ideologies, I work with my clients to identify the external structures of power impacting their lives, then engage with the areas of their lives within their control where they can make changes and achieve their goals. While many forms of therapy take from one another and blend together, I begin with trauma informed relational-focused work and draw heavily on DBT/CBT/mindfulness-based therapy modalities. I view therapeutic relationships as dynamic, and work to tailor the experience to my clients’ needs and preferences. Whether you are someone who likes sessions to feel more conversational, someone who appreciates tangible takeaways like worksheets, or someone who wants to spend time practicing skills in our sessions, we can work together to find a treatment plan that suits you.

I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in adolescence and young adulthood. I completed a fellowship at Mclean Hospital in Adolescent Mental Health. I was previously a psychologist at Mclean Hospital's Klarman Eating Disorders Center where I specialized in the care of individuals struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and associated concerns. I enjoy working collaboratively with a client, couple, or family to understand how someone's struggles relate to their larger goals, hopes, and motivations and how to work to understand their experiences together and move closer to those goals. I use approaches to therapy that focus on understanding the role and functions of emotions and behaviors, understanding someone's experience in the context of relationships, and utilizing strengths and competencies in the therapy process. In addition to individual therapy, I have a passion for working with couples, families, and in relationship based therapies. I also provide parent consultation for parents supporting their child or adult child through an eating disorder. Please reach out if you have any questions and would like to schedule a complementary initial phone consultation.

Hi, my name is Alicia! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Narrative Therapist. I work with clients to identify the effects that problems are having in their lives. I offer a space for people to feel empowered while exploring their values and working toward their goals. I believe when people have the chance to be seen as a person rather than a problem, they are able to create change in their life in meaningful ways. I support my clients by shifting away from blame and addressing the problem directly. I believe therapy is a collaborative process between client and therapist. I bring curiosity, connection, acceptance, and humor into the therapeutic space.
