I'm Ashley Olejarz, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship issues. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about the future. My goal is to provide a supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe that with the right tools and guidance, anyone can overcome obstacles and create lasting, positive change in their lives. I create a comfortable, safe space where we explore strategies tailored to your needs. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Grounding, EMDR and Motivational Interviewing, I help clients build coping skills and understand their emotions. In our first sessions, we’ll ensure therapy feels like the right fit before moving forward. Through therapy, clients gain emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and stronger coping skills. They learn to manage stress, process emotions, and build confidence in navigating life’s challenges. My goal is to help clients create lasting change and move forward with clarity and strength

I'm a therapist who is here for you, exactly how you are and where you are. Connecting with someone you can build trust with is the first step to building our therapeutic alliance. We all experience stress and challenges in life. These events, whether big or small, stay with us, often showing up in our thoughts, behaviors, feelings, and bodies. Carrying our burdens takes a toll. Recognizing these impacts in ourselves can be complex because our brains are doing the hard work of protecting us. I help adults manage daily stress, life transitions, self-doubt, career stress, relationships, and identity challenges. You're welcome to connect over a free 15-minute consultation before deciding to book. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in non-profit, hospital, school, and community behavioral health settings. I come to this work rooted in a deep commitment to social justice. I use a personalized, integrated approach to match you and your needs best. People typically leave the first session feeling heard, validated, and proud of themselves for investing in themself. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space for healing and growth. My approach is collaborative, following your pace. It's focused on helping you to give yourself the grace to build practical tools towards change.

I work with Students at all leveles and my approach is both flexible and eclectic. I often use Brief Intermittent Therapy. I find that it works best for people to come in for a defined brief period of time (such as 6-8 weeks) and focus on one specific area that needs attention; the time in therapy is more concentrated and effective. When the need arises, I welcome clients back for a "tune up." My clinical work with students and families began in the early 1990’s. Much of my career has centered on helping kids in school settings. I also work with teachers and staff. I have successfully supported clients during times of crisis, transition, and struggle. I can help with anxiety, depression, peers, LGBTQ+ issues, and post-concussion support. I invite you to reach out and see if we would work well together. I am equally comfortable working via teletherapy or in-person therapy. My office is located in Harwich Center on Cape Cod. I'm happy to discuss what works best for you. Call or email Bonnie Jackman to schedule a free 15 minute consultation My Practice at a Glance Bonnie Jackman, LICSW 11 Pleasant Lake Ave Harwich, MA 02645 774-408-6164

I enjoy working with a wide variety of college students, individuals grieving pet loss, and those in technical fields throughout Massachusetts, given my own background as a software engineer. I also specialize in working with individuals on the autism spectrum, including neurodivergent adults. My approach comes from a strengths based perspective. I believe that individuals have the ability to make significant life changes by identifying the sources of their current difficulties, understanding why their coping methods may have made good sense at the time, and learning new ways of being in the world that fit with who they are now and that support their growth and heart's desire. My role is to provide a supportive, trust-based environment and help individuals create the lives they wish to live. I use a largely psychodynamic perspective, often integrating mindfulness and cognitive behavioral approaches. I'm interested in research areas of positive psychology, the neurobiology of connection, adaptive solitude, therapeutic journal writing, and the role of nutrition and fitness on mood, mental health, and well-being. I look forward to meeting you!

Sometimes it's really hard for us to ask for help-especially when you're a strong, independent woman. Therapy is a great way to reach out, learn more about yourself, and grow through any challenges you might be facing. I help women who want to change their relationship with food and their bodies. I work with women in individual, group, & virtual therapy. I have a holistic approach that covers a wide range of symptoms & issues, but I enjoy helping clients who have struggled with their weight make peace with food. I love working with college women who are graduating & seeking support for the transition, and specialize in those women experiencing a "quarter life crisis". I also have a lot of experience helping women with recovering from sexual trauma. I love working with women who may have experienced an unplanned pregnancy or abortion as well, and offer an non-judgemental, pro-choice arena to explore emotions. Starting therapy can seem scary, but its brave to get some help! Make the decision to feel better today. I am an Out of Network insurance provider-contact your insurance to see if you qualify for these benefits. Flexible spending and HSA accepted as payment. Finding the right therapist matters, and starting therapy can feel vulnerable. I aim to create a warm, supportive space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered. My goal is for therapy to be both practical and reflective—a place for insight, growth, and genuine change. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion dysregulation, increased stress, and life transitions. I work with individuals at different stages of life, including adults, adolescents, and children, and I also support parents as they navigate their own challenges and transitions. My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including CBT and DBT. I believe therapy should move at a pace that honors where you are and what you’re ready for. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect, and work toward changes that feel both meaningful and sustainable. My background: I earned my doctorate degree (PsyD) in Combined School and Clinical Psychology from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University. College can come with a lot of pressure - school, relationships, family expectations, and trying to figure out who you are becoming.
