Throughout all stages of life, there are many obstacles we face. If you are facing any challenges, I am here to help you navigate through them and come out on the other side more resilient and better equipped for the next. The populations I have worked with throughout my time practicing include teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity, and addictions. Having a background in cognitive behavioral therapy, I will provide you with tools to identify and chip away at destructive habits and thoughts. As you chip away, you will begin developing new, supportive habits and thoughts, allowing you to experience lasting, positive effects. Throughout our time together, we will work towards developing a strong, therapeutic alliance to create a supportive environment to invite your vulnerabilities and encourage growth.
Sometimes the hardest part of healing is simply starting. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by your thoughts, stuck in past experiences, or unsure of how to move forward, you’re not alone. Therapy can be a space to breathe, reflect, and begin again on your own terms. I specialize in teen and adult trauma-focused care, with an emphasis on working with survivors of sexual trauma, domestic violence, complex PTSD, and anxiety. Together, we can work on unlearning harmful thought patterns, building self-esteem, and identifying what safety, strength, and autonomy look like for you in an inclusive, warm, and affirming environment. Through my training and clinical work in trauma focused care and sexual violence, I understand the complexity of trauma and how it can affect every part of our lives, mind, and body. Certified in Trauma-Focused CBT, I use an integrated approach that includes psychodynamic, person-centered, and strengths-based therapies that are tailored to each client. Therapy isn’t about fixing you. You aren’t broken. It’s about reconnecting with your resilience, honoring your lived experiences, and giving yourself the care and space you deserve to heal. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who values creating a space of agency and collaboration between myself and my clients. I apply evidence-based behavioral therapy approaches to help teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, and/or depression. I place a strong emphasis on providing gender/LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally conscious, and sex-positive care. I am committed to creating a safe & inclusive space for clients to be able to show up authentically and feel understood. I aim to empower clients by meeting them where they are at on their journey. I strive to maintain a compassionate therapeutic environment that fosters growth and healing. Growing up, my mom would always say, “Everyone has a story.” Today, that phrase has become the foundation of how I work as a therapist. I strive to understand each of my clients’ stories through a holistic, trauma-informed lens, and offer a safe, compassionate space to process the meaning of your story – and to begin writing your next chapter. I'm passionate about working with teens and emerging adults navigating identity exploration, life transitions, relationship concerns, body image issues, anxiety, depression, and perfectionism. I also support clients who are facing religious/spiritual struggles and religious trauma.
Sometimes the struggles that bring us to therapy aren't obvious from the outside. You may be the person others see as happy and confident, navigating life’s challenges with a smile while quietly wrestling with anxiety, self-doubt, and perfectionism. Perhaps you're feeling stuck in familiar patterns, questioning long-held beliefs, or longing for a deeper understanding of yourself. Therapy can be a safe space to begin processing your lived experience. As a relational therapist, it is my hope to help support you in reclaiming your narrative and reconnecting with parts of yourself that may feel burdened or unseen. I enjoy working with individuals who find themselves caught in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, anxiety, or self-criticism. I also support clients navigating OCD, religious trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I use integrative, evidence based frameworks including CBT, ACT, and parts work. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are more than your thoughts. Together, we can explore what has shaped you, identify patterns that keep you stuck, and build on your existing strengths to help you feel more aligned in your purpose. Beginning therapy is the first step in that process, and I am honored to accompany you on this healing journey.
It's exhausting when your inner critic never seems to quiet down. Maybe you're constantly second-guessing yourself, struggling with body image, feeling anxious about the future, or wondering why it's so hard to show yourself the same compassion you give everyone else. Therapy can help you step out of those patterns and build a healthier relationship with yourself. I work with college students, graduate students, and young adults navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Together, we'll explore what's contributing to your distress while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and rooted in the connection between mind and body. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and somatic approaches to help you better understand your emotions, strengthen self-compassion, and create lasting change. Rather than striving for perfection, we'll work toward building a life that feels balanced, authentic, and aligned with your values. I have a special passion for supporting clients healing their relationship with food and their bodies. Together, we'll work toward reducing shame, building body neutrality, developing healthier coping strategies, and strengthening trust in yourself. I also support individuals navigating the perinatal journey, including pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and infertility. My hope is that therapy helps you reconnect with your strengths, treat yourself with greater compassion, and move through life with more confidence and self-acceptance.
College and young adulthood can bring excitement, uncertainty, and a lot of pressure. You may be navigating a major life transition, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, processing trauma, exploring your identity, or learning how to set healthier boundaries. Wherever you are, you do not have to move through it alone. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel heard, and better understand what you are carrying. My goal is to create a space where you feel welcomed, respected, and accepted just as you are. Together, we will explore what is contributing to your current challenges, build on your strengths, and develop tools to help you manage stress, emotions, relationships, and change with more confidence and self-compassion. My approach is relational, client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I tailor our work to your needs and goals, drawing from CBT, mindfulness, mind-body practices, motivational interviewing, art therapy, and psychodynamic and intersectional feminist perspectives. I strive to offer therapy that is LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally responsive, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive. I welcome conversations about identity, belonging, discrimination, marginalization, and the systems that may impact your mental health and well-being. My hope is that our work together helps you better understand yourself, honor your emotions, build healthy boundaries, and cultivate a deeper sense of resilience, safety, and peace within yourself.
Have you ever felt like you don't quite fit into the boxes other people expect of you? Maybe you're exploring your identity, questioning family expectations, discovering you're neurodivergent, or trying to understand parts of yourself that haven't always felt accepted. Therapy can be a place to get curious about who you are, without feeling like you have to hide, explain, or change yourself to belong. I work with college students, graduate students, and young adults navigating ADHD, AuDHD, depression, relationship and family challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. I'm especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent students, LGBTQIA+ students, and those exploring racial, cultural, disability, or biracial and mixed-race identities. My approach is collaborative, creative, and affirming. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, build on your strengths, and develop practical ways to navigate relationships, emotions, and everyday challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt Therapy, and queer feminist perspectives while honoring your lived experiences, culture, and personal interests. Therapy doesn't have to look the same for everyone. Alongside conversation, we might incorporate art, music, movement, games, or other creative approaches that help you express yourself in ways that feel natural and meaningful. I also support clients navigating family-of-origin concerns, racial, historical, and intergenerational trauma, sexual exploration, and kink in an affirming, nonjudgmental space. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your identity, and more at home in who you are.
It can be exhausting trying to hold everything together while you're also trying to figure out who you are. Maybe you're navigating anxiety, struggling with self-esteem, questioning a relationship, grieving a loss, or adjusting to a major life change. Whatever you're carrying, therapy can help you better understand yourself and move through this stage of life with greater confidence and clarity. I work with college students, graduate students, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, identity development, grief, trauma, and life transitions. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, strengthen your sense of self, and develop practical tools to help you manage life's challenges in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel supported enough to explore your emotions, relationships, and patterns without judgment. We'll work together to strengthen self-esteem, set healthier boundaries, improve relationships, and create a life that feels more aligned with your values. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness to help you build resilience, develop self-compassion, and navigate difficult emotions with greater confidence. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more grounded in who you are, more confident in your relationships, and better equipped to handle life's inevitable changes with resilience and self-trust.
