My name is Miz and I am therapist at Boss Babe Counseling specializing in substance use, trauma, relationship concerns, anxiety, and more. It is my belief that we all have the ability to create the lives that are most fulfilling to us. This can feel untrue in an ever changing and unpredictable world. Sometimes we need support to do this. Needing support is a natural part of the human experience, and you should be proud that you are listening to yourself! We will work towards specific desired goals that you identify in session and take things at your pace. My hope with all clients I work with is that through our time together, we can reshape how you navigate through moments of hardship, build a healthier relationship with all parts of yourself, and increase the joy you experience in your life.
Together, we’ll untangle what’s weighing on you—whether it’s anxiety, relationship struggles, or memories that still feel raw—so you can feel more grounded and confident. My approach is warm and collaborative, helping you build safety in the present while gently healing what’s underneath.

Welcome! I'm Dr. Jasmine Easley, a trauma based therapist helping teens and women to heal trauma through mindful presence. Have you experienced trauma in the past and never got a chance to really talk about it? Do you feel like your mind is occupied with so many thoughts at once? Or maybe you've lost interest in things, and feel your body battling with unwavering emotions that you don't know how to control. Healing is a journey, but if you're ready to take a step back into those past experiences, then you're in the right space. This is your time to confront those thoughts and emotions, and learn healthy skills to address them. If you reside in Georgia or Michigan, I'm here to help you heal through traumatic experiences by fostering a state of mindfulness. I work from a holistic approach, which means along with talk therapy to address past trauma, I will also teach you skills to manage and reduce anxiety, depression, and stress. We will also focus on habits around sleep, nutrition, physical health, and self-care. I look forward to working with you!

I collaborate with you to assist you in achieving your personal, therapeutic goals. Along the way, I focus on supporting you on your life journey from a strengths-based perspective. In order to change, you need to acknowledge what you do well, which we can discover together. It is important to notice the positive aspects of life while also addressing the things you wish to change. In my practice, I use evidence-based interventions (CBT, IFS-informed and expressive arts) and trauma-informed mindfulness practices. I have a background in psycho-education (to offer understanding of why we do what we do and skills for meaningful change), somatic (body) awareness, and a certification in spirituality integrated psychotherapy, which I draw on to assist you in living congruently and authentically in the life you are called to live.
Hardworking, ambitious, fucking exhausted. I work with women (18–30) who look like they have it together but are absolutely depleting themselves to stay that way. They’re responsible, creative, used to handling a lot…but they’re tired of overthinking, second-guessing, or feeling like no matter how hard they work, it’s never enough. Some have anxiety, depression, ADHD, or trauma histories. Others just know something feels off, that life feels heavier than it should. Often, they’re great at coping on the outside, which can make it hard to admit they’re struggling at all. But let’s be honest: Appearing “fine” is a full-time job. In therapy, we slow things down on purpose. We look at the patterns you’ve been stuck in — people-pleasing, avoidance, self-criticism — and figure out what’s actually driving them. We work with your nervous system instead of fighting against it. We build practical tools that help you move forward in your life. My style is warm, direct, & honest. I care deeply about my clients and will absolutely challenge you when it matters. I use EMDR, ACT, & DBT skills in ways that are personal and actually useful.
Hi! My name is Katie (she/her), and I’m excited to work together. My goal is to help you feel safe, comfortable, and free to open up at your own pace. I believe our experiences—past and present—shape the way we think, feel, and move through life. By exploring and validating your thoughts and emotions, we can start to untangle patterns, make sense of what feels overwhelming, and work toward healing. I’m here to support you whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, grief, body dysmorphia, sexual and gender identity issues, relationship/work stress, and/or chronic illness. Finding the right words to express what you’re feeling isn’t always easy, and that’s okay. Sessions are tailored to what feels right for you. We’ll draw from psychodynamic, somatic, creative arts, and other trauma-informed approaches. Empathy, warmth, and humor are central to my practice, creating a space where you can explore and grow. Currently, I’m an MSW student at Yeshiva University in New York City and hold an MA in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University. I look forward to meeting you! -- Katie Colton is a therapist-in-training at Sol Health. Welcome to a Space for Growth and Balance! Hi, I’m an LCSW providing virtual therapy throughout Georgia. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with college students to support them through the transitions and challenges of college life. Whether you’re starting college, navigating its ups and downs of a new normal, anxious,l depression, or preparing for life after graduation, I’m here to help you find balance, clarity, and confidence. I know prioritizing yourself can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re juggling multiple roles and responsibilities. As a wife, mother, and professional, I understand how easy it is to put your needs last. But here’s the truth: investing in yourself is not only worthwhile but essential for creating meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to provide a convenient, safe, and compassionate virtual space where you can focus on your personal growth. Using approaches grounded in CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, I’ll meet you where you are, tailoring our work together to your unique needs. Whether you’re feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or navigating relationship challenges, I’m here to help you take small, meaningful steps toward the change you’re seeking. During our sessions, you’ll have a space where you can be heard and validated without judgment. You’ll leave feeling a sense of relief, empowered with tools to navigate life’s challenges, and clearer about your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Over time, these insights will help shift your perspective, improve your mood, and bring the change you want to see in your life. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning for a fresh start, I believe a new normal is possible. Together, we can practice skills that promote balance and resilience. Let’s work toward a life where your needs are valued, your boundaries respected, and your path to wellness supported. Change is possible. Let’s take the first step together.
You’re lying awake late at night, stuck in your own head, wishing you could just turn it off. The worry loops won’t stop. The what-ifs keep coming. Maybe you’re caught in rituals, mental checks, reassurance-seeking, or avoidance that feels impossible to explain to anyone else. You’ve tried to push through it, distract yourself, calm yourself down, or “be logical,” but it keeps coming back. And at some point, you start to wonder if this is just how life is going to feel. It doesn’t have to be. This is where I come in. I help young adults untangle anxiety and OCD in a way that actually leads to change, not just temporary relief. My work is practical, direct, and focused on helping you get your life back, not just manage symptoms forever. The goal isn’t to make anxiety disappear overnight. It’s to stop organizing your life around it. General therapy often isn’t enough for OCD and severe anxiety. It can feel supportive, but the patterns stay the same. That’s why I use targeted, evidence-based approaches that are designed specifically for anxiety disorders, OCD, and phobias. I also work with LGBTQ+ clients and support young adults struggling with self-harm or suicidal thoughts in a way that is honest, grounded, and focused on real change. If anxiety, OCD, or fear is running your life, or quietly shrinking it, you don’t have to handle it alone. You deserve support that actually makes sense for what you’re dealing with. Reach out to set up a free 15-minute phone consultation and we can talk about what’s going on and what real help could look like for you.
