You might feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to find your way back to balance. You deserve support and don’t have to face this on your own. My approach blends body-based and mindfulness practices in a way that helps you reconnect with your emotions and your body at a pace that feels safe and comfortable. I’m here to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, make meaning of your experiences, and build tools that actually support you in your day-to-day life. If this resonates with you, please reach out for a free consultation. We can talk about what you’re hoping for, what’s been feeling heavy, and how therapy might help you reconnect with yourself and regulate your nervous system.
As a deeply empathetic clinician, I am honored to guide you through your mental health journey. My specialties include helping men, women, and teens navigate life changes, negative self-image, and relationships. I embrace a direct and empowering style, as I believe in the power of the therapeutic alliance, which helps me be your biggest supporter. I look forward to being that source of support for you, collaborating and growing in our work together. In our time together, you can expect a warm and safe environment tailored to your unique goals, as I’m passionate about the belief that healing happens when we feel secure enough to understand ourselves with curiosity rather than criticism. That’s why my approach is always warm, empowering, and grounded in the belief that you know yourself best. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) are two treatments we may explore to help you better understand your behaviors and feelings. My own work in therapy showed me firsthand the value in working with an empathetic therapist during times of emotional upheaval, and how empowering it can be to lean more deeply into who we are as individuals. This knowledge strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate care to each of my patients, allowing me to bring a unique perspective to every session thanks, in great part, to the breadth of my life experiences. When I’m not seeing patients, I love being outdoors with my family, learning and exploring new things (including trying new restaurants!), and watching classic movies from the 80s and 90s. I’m also an avid reader, specifically anything Agatha Christie.

Whether you are going through a tough time or have been grappling with an ongoing mental health concern, therapy can be a tool to help you learn more about yourself and develop strategies to better manage these challenges. In working with me, clients can expect to have a warm and non-judgmental space where they can work through personal challenges as well as work towards goals and areas of growth. Outside of work I enjoy catching a horror movie, hiking, and spending time with my diva of a cat. Some of my areas of clinical interest include, relationship and family issues, college counseling, trauma, anxiety, non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships, substance use, grief & loss, and depression. I have a passion for working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and have experience providing safe and affirming therapy for trans and non-binary clients. Finding a therapist that is a good fit for you is so important. I love working with college students and young adults, helping them identify their values, where they're getting stuck, and how to go after the things they want. I specialize in working with adults with anxiety disorders including Generalized Anxiety, OCD, Social Anxiety, Panic attacks, and specific fears. I help clients overcome their anxiety by approaching, rather than avoiding, their anxiety and anxiety-provoking situations, learning tools and gaining confidence along the way. This can sound scary at first, but the more you do it, the easier it gets.
