“Hey there, I’m Brandon! I conceptualize therapy not as a static moment in time, but as an active, winding journey. I utilize Narrative and Somatic Therapies to challenge problematic stories we tell ourselves and rewrite our roles in them, learning how to live presently and understand emotion, especially as it exists within our bodies. Additionally, I specialize in trauma work with Brainspotting and Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to heal and integrate adverse experiences. My joy has been in working with multi-racial/cultural clients, the LGBT+ community, and other adults dealing with life transition! The individual who usually finds the most growth with me is someone who is ready to enact positive, healthy change in their life and build/foster beneficial relationships. My client can rely on me to challenge thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve, but especially to support, encourage, and be a safe place to land!”

Hi! I'm Allison. I'm here to help you with the stress, overwhelm, and anxiety you're feeling as you try to lead the life you want. If you're tired of being REALLY hard on yourself and you want to start letting go of that and be more content with who you are, reach out. I'm anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergence affirming, and I'm ready to support you. I see clients in person near I25 and Colorado in Denver or by telehealth. My goal is to meet you where you are and understand what you want to work on – you’re the expert on your life but I can help you see it differently and make the changes you want. That might include coping strategies, looking at your needs, strengths, and values, using brain/body techniques like Brainspotting to release uncomfortable emotions, and more. I always start with the relationship because you can’t work with someone you don’t trust. I am calm, focused, and empathetic, and I still have a sense of humor. I’m always authentic (and I’m not always the textbook therapist) and I give you the space to be the real you. I’ll see you, I’ll accept you, and I’ll have your back as you make the changes you want. Reach out today for your free 30 minute consultation! You can call, email, or text.
Amazing personal transformations take through the therapeutic process. I’ve had the privilege of serving clients with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, anger, self-destructive behavior, trauma as well as those who just seek better coping skills or want greater insight to themselves so they can live more authentic lives of purpose and peace. My style is deeply compassionate while also being direct and directive. I do not believe in meandering, aimless therapy. I believe in structure and accountability in the therapeutic journey. Together, we set specific goals and we work towards those goals in a safe, but challenging environment.

I utilize evidenced based interventions from both acceptance and commitment therapy and trauma-informed care principles in my practice. I graduated in 2017 from the University of Denver with my Masters in Social Work and have been providing both inpatient and outpatient treatment since that time. My education and both, personal and professional experiences have allowed me to develop skills to work with diverse, often marginalized populations, such as members of the LGBTQIA+ population or those where English is not their first language. My specialities for work center around severe mental illnesses, such as: schizophrenia and other thought disorders, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. Typically clients I work with have the above noted challenges, but have also experienced other stressors in their relationships, employment, and/or with addiction(s) of some kind.
My name is Jennifer Koch (She/Her). Clients reach out for many reasons. Some are noticing distressing memories, fears, worry, or sadness impacting their relationships, employment, and sleep. Sometimes parents reach out concerned about their teen or college student seeming more withdrawn or overwhelmed at school/college or home. Some clients are feeling pressure to be perfect and keep up with life’s demands. Some are feeling stuck and unable to move their life forward and accomplish their personal or professional goals. I believe wholeheartedly in the resilience and capacity of our nervous systems to heal and move beyond past/current challenges we face with the right support. Many different disorders can be improved or be eliminated by using neurofeedback. First a QEEG is collected. This involves placing a cap on the client’s head and collecting brain wave information from 19 specific sites. This information is processed, and a brain map is produced. The therapist then evaluates the data, completes a comprehensive health history, and then based on both symptoms and goals, develops an individualized protocol of successive neurotherapy sessions. Treatment is noninvasive, is not painful, but does require a commitment. Just as you must work out your body consistently to see results, neurofeedback sessions must be completed two to three times a week to be beneficial. The neurofeedback treatments involve placing sensors on the scalp. The sensors pick up brainwave signals which are first amplified and then filtered through software that works with a computer to generate real time feedback. The brain activity is either increased or decreased in the identified areas until the optimal balance is achieved The typical treatment plan will vary from individual to individual, but most common disorders can be resolved in about 40 sessions.

utilize a wide range of theories and approaches to provide insights into your psyche and teach skills to help address those revelations. Using primarily Psychoanalytical and psychodynamic therapy, I look at how your unconscious thoughts and perceptions developed throughout your childhood, and how this may affect your current behavior and thoughts. I also use Holistic psychotherapy which is an integrative approach grounded in psychosynthesis. This focuses on the relationship between mind, body, and spirit and explores how issues in one aspect of your life can lead to concerns in other areas. Unlike other forms of therapy, these methods help create deep-seated changes in your emotional development. We all have a part of our psyche that helps us to heal, grow, and thrive; sometimes we lose touch with that part of ourselves. We can feel lost, disconnected, anxious, or depressed. While working collaboratively and genuinely, we can discover what works and what doesn't work for you. By crafting a unique treatment plan that draws upon various theories and approaches such as, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Mindfulness, Play Therapy Approaches, Existential Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Sandtray Therapy we can explore more ways to help create a deeper understanding.
I work with a group of professional psychologists who provide expertise and understanding for your mental health needs. We provide services for clients ages 15 and up.
