I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in empowering people like you to identify needs, realize strengths, and rewrite stories. I am passionate about helping my clients discover tools and develop skills to help deal with life's stressors and overcome barriers to self-sufficiency. As a Black woman, I understand the importance of representation and having a safe space to process and cope with traumatic events and daily challenges. Hello and warm welcome to you! I'm Leila and I believe that people are naturally resilient with the right support. My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in the belief that the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist is at the heart of the healing process. This is why I work from a Humanistic framework, which is based in the belief that providing unconditional positive regard and empathy to clients cultivates a truly safe environment for them to look deeply within themselves and rediscover their potential and self-empowerment. I also believe that humor is vital to the human experience, and always welcome and encourage this within my sessions. I provide trauma-informed therapy with a focus in childhood attachment wounds, using a compassionate, client-centered approach; specializing in EMDR, chronic depression, anxiety, life-changes, stress, self-esteem issues, and inner-child/shadow work; utilizing somatic and eclectic methods. My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling a transformed sense of inner peace and self-worth, a regaining of control over their lives and decisions, and the empowerment to awaken their full potential. I strongly believe in making therapy as enjoyable as possible, and hold true to the statement of "come as you are." I have a laid-back, down-to-earth style and want my clients to feel seen, valued, and appreciated for sharing their journey with me.

Supporting all phases of life in a culturally sensitive manner
Does this sound familiar? You want to be happy and fulfilled but instead you feel: · Uncomfortable in your own skin · Paralyzed by anxiety about what life will throw at you next · Like you are constantly spiraling and no longer have confidence · Stuck and alone These feelings can result in having a negative outlook on life causing you to experience difficulties in relationships, school and work. Life doesn’t have to stay this way! Hi, my name is Sharon Greene. My team and I can help. We provide therapy online for anxiety and depression using the most effective psychological practices. With warmth and curiosity, we assist clients in exploring the current reasons for their struggles. Since thoughts are powerful, we help clients to consciously explore ways to transform their mindset to help them reduce their pain and step into their authentic selves to create the lives they want. We utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and other evidenced based practices to assist clients in meeting their goals. Our clients walk away from therapy having an improved outlook on life, a sense of confidence in themselves, ability to experience moments of joy and peace and most importantly, with tools they can utilize to maintain their progress.

College can be an incredibly stressful time. Whether you are far away from where you grew up, living at home and commuting to school, or living on campus, there is an overwhelming amount of transition that happens once high school ends. Not only are you deciding what you want to do with your life and juggling schoolwork, but you are also figuring out who you are and who you want to spend your time with. This is a time where you may be able to truly be yourself for the first time in your life, where you can have a clean slate to be the person you want to be. With all of these challenges, it can feel very isolating and demanding trying to do this all on your own. It is common for college students to feel very depressed and anxious during this time, and it can also feel hard to reach out to someone to talk to about it all. You don't have to do it alone. Going to therapy is a great way to get the support you need and become the best version of yourself. I can understand why coming to therapy isn't easy though. Why tell a stranger the most personal details of your life? Because by not knowing anything about you or being a part of your life, I can offer an objective and unbiased perspective on your situation while giving you concrete tools and strategies to improve the areas you are struggling in. I've worked with many college students and have seen them make meaningful changes in their lives after going to therapy and believe that you can too. Please feel free to reach out to me and we can discuss any questions you may have, and I hope to hear from you soon!
A Psychotherapy Practice specializing in the needs of gay men, bi-sexual men, and men/young men questioning their sexuality. As a gay identified Clinical Psychologist, I specialize in serving gay and bisexual men, and those in questioning their sexuality. For over 30 years I have been partnering with individuals, couples, and families facing mental health challenges, those exploring and discovering themself and their sexuality, those with disabilities and major health conditions, LGBTQ challenges and questions, and those facing significant mental health challenges. I work with patients throughout California through a unique combination of in-person and Telehealth. If I am working with you via Telehealth, I will travel to a large city near you 2-3 times a year so that we can meet in-person. I find this a critical part of my work, therefore, I incorporate that modality with all those I am working with.
Many of the people I work with describe feeling stuck, burned out, or unsure about what comes next. On the surface, they may seem to have it all together, yet inside they are struggling with anxiety, depression, or the pressure to keep going when they are running on empty. You might find yourself juggling work, relationships, and personal growth while quietly wondering why it all feels so heavy. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels honest and sustainable. I will meet you with curiosity and care, not judgment. Together we will explore patterns, emotions, and experiences that have shaped you while building practical tools to manage stress and create balance. You do not have to have everything figured out to start. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with what truly matters, at a pace that feels safe and supportive for where you are right now.
Being a young adult can feel scary right now. Even in these times, I believe deeply in our innate capacity to heal, grow, and transform. Society doesn’t make that process easy- we face inequality, get stuck, and sometimes feel overwhelmed by the weight of it all. There is a path forward, but it’s not always easy to find. A big part of my work is helping you blaze this trail and collaborating with your success. Using a combination of warmth, mindfulness, brain/body science, creativity and sharing knowledge, I help keep your process moving toward living the life you want. Over the past 15 years, I’ve specialized in working with teen girls, young adults in their 20s and 30s, and those navigating life transitions, school, trauma, or relational challenges. This life stage can feel intense- you're shaping your career, defining your values, and building relationships that matter. Together, we can explore those big questions while tending to the deeper layers beneath them. I’m also an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Certified Therapist™, and I use this powerful tool to help clients heal from distressing experiences, integrate their stories, and access new ways of being. EMDR can be our central focus or one approach among many, depending on your needs. As a Puerto Rican-American therapist, I bring a culturally responsive, decolonized lens to this work. I understand that our struggles aren’t just internal, they’re shaped by larger systems that impact how we live, relate, and find belonging. If you're navigating second-generation or multicultural identity, I’ve got you. My goal is to create a space that honors your complexity and supports your power. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, identity exploration, trauma recovery, or simply a space to connect with yourself, I’d be honored to work with you.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) at Foresight. I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling Education from the University of Montana. I have experience working in Community-Based Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) settings. I have a passion for working with young and older adults to help them develop and utilize the necessary coping skills to manage and thrive during difficult times, life transitions, and needed change. My specialty areas include depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and stress management. I approach therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP). In psychotherapy, one might explore feelings and assumptions or beliefs about oneself, others, and the world around them, learning how such beliefs can alter mood and interfere with emotional well-being. Originally having grown up in Japan and then moving to the U.S. over twenty years ago, I was excited to have the opportunity to work in the mental health field, as mental health is a highly stigmatized subject in Japan. I now work with individuals who struggle with cultural adjustments, their family systems, and most recently, anxiety and OCD. I understand how culture and mental health are closely intertwined and aim to assist clients in making peace with both.

As a BIPOC and LGBTQ affirming practice, we treat trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and other mental health issues from a culturally-sensitive and trauma-informed perspective. We understand that having a therapist who lived it themselves is so much more important than having one who just read about it in a book. That's why we emphasize culture in our practice of mental health and always welcome the whole client. We primarily use CBT and EMDR as models for therapy. CBT is great for understanding how your unhelpful thoughts and hurt feelings lead to negative behaviors so we can replace them with positive ones. EMDR holds a mirror up to you and your emotional and physical experiences so you can have more self-awareness and answer your own questions. Our clients come to us when they need to feel like themselves again, set better boundaries, and end toxic relationships; and we're looking forward to helping you with the same issues. We will walk with you on your path to healing. It's easy to get lost on that path. Luckily, our experience and compassion are the GPS!
