I see you as the expert of your experience and together, with my professional background, we can devise a plan and take steps to help you find your true authentic self. I have vast experience working with children, teens, college students, and adults.
For many students, college is an exciting time of self discovery but there can also be many challenges along the way. I can assist in talking about the stress of school work and being away from home or other daily struggles such as a roommate issue or a new relationship.
I have a person centered approach and like to meet my clients where they are at. My specialities include art therapy, trauma focused CBT, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
