Everyone can use an objective voice to help them work out whatever is going on in their lives. Sometimes relief can begin just by deciding that a little help won’t hurt. I graduated from Chestnut Hill College with my Master’s in Clinical and Counseling Psychology in 2008. I have the experience to help with the stress of today's world. This experience helps me understand and empathize with clients’ situations and so can offer real world help. I believe you to be an active participant in therapy, I am not here to tell you how to run your life. I am here to help you find your own path. I work with teens, adults, families and couples.
