Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Last Updated 30+ days ago

Hello,

My name is Mitchell Mathews, LCSW and I am the owner of The Mind Matters, PLLC.
I currently provide therapy to Texas residents. My main goal is to promote healthy masculinity and develop strong leaders for our families and communities.

I identified this need during my first two years of clinical experience. I worked specifically with women and reproductive health. My patients often experienced anxiety due to IUI/IVF treatment, grief from the loss of a child or emotional distress caused by parental setbacks. I love working with women and still do however I found that their husbands, fathers, and brothers would also benefit from clinical support. I aim to create a space where vulnerability and general refection are the pillars of your experience.

As men and women we can provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to our loved ones. I offer honest and evidence based interventions to help strengthen you and your relationships.

I would love to get connected and see if we would be a good fit!
