Currently accepting new clients. Telehealth only. I accept Anthem insurance and offer reduced self-pay rates.
My main area of focus is working with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem, codependency, gender identity, emotional regulation, ADHD, Autism, neurodivergent, couples issues, and family relationship issues.
I use a lot of psychoeducation and talk therapy to empower my clients and help them learn why they are experiencing whatever it is that they are experiencing. Or I can just teach you some coping skills and other tools to manage your neuro difference.
