Taylor Pastorius
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker with more than seven years of experience supporting teens and young adults navigating anxiety, overthinking, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of themselves, and are looking for a space where they can better understand who they are and how to move forward with more confidence and clarity.
I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels warm, collaborative, and genuine. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and acceptance-based strategies, while tailoring each session to the unique needs and goals of the individual.
I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel truly heard and understood. My connection to the mental health field began early in life. Growing up in a family where mental health was openly discussed shaped my understanding of how important it is to have a safe and supportive environment where people can fully be themselves without fear of judgment.
I currently have immediate openings for individual therapy, both virtual and in-person in the South Hills area.
