If you’ve learned to survive by shrinking, masking, or staying vigilant, you’re not broken—you adapted. Healing doesn’t require forcing change, but moving at the speed of trust and rhythm of safety with someone attuned alongside you. I am a trauma-informed, non-pathologizing therapist rooted in somatic, creative, and relational modalities where I help clients to cultivate nervous system safety and regulation, reconnect with their bodies and intuition, and reclaim their authenticity and agency, supporting them in living a more expressed, embodied, and expansive life.
