MIND CAFE NP IN PSYCHIATRY & ACUTE CARE,PLLC
Hi
I am Tameka and my practice is curated to offer mental health care that is paced at your readiness. At Mind Café, care is both clinical and deeply human. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, mood changes, ADHD, trauma, and the often-overlooked emotional layers that come with living with or being at risk for HIV.
My approach is thoughtful and collaborative. We look beyond symptoms to understand patterns, stressors, and the context shaping your experience—so care feels relevant, not generic. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, trying to make sense of shifting moods, or simply want more clarity about how your mind works, this is a space where you can be heard without being reduced to a diagnosis.
Care is tailored, evidence-based, and grounded in real-world understanding—with the goal of helping you feel more steady, more informed, and more like yourself again.
