Tamara Perkoski
I enjoy collaborating with students to help them successfully navigate the challenges that they are experiencing. Regardless of the challenge, we will work together to develop a plan that targets individual goals, feels supportive and productive, and is geared toward reducing distress while fostering growth, understanding, independence, and overall well-being.
I am experienced in utilizing a variety of approaches, which allows me to shift between modalities and work with each individual to determine what will work best.
Beginning therapy can be an overwhelming experience for some. I am committed to ensuring that the space feels safe and supportive, and that the overall experience is as positive as possible.
