Moving towards independence in young adulthood can have a set of challenges that aren't always specifically addressed or acknowledged by those around you. Through personal experience and a research informed, I treat each young person as unique. I focus on challenges related to anxiety, ADHD, substance use/abuse and trauma. I look at the bigger picture, striving to best understand from your particular worldview and set of circumstances. With this foundation, I provide supportive & strength-based care to give you new skills and a sense of safety in order for you to achieve your desired goals. Our work together may be process oriented, skills-based or a mix of both. In session, you can expect me to show up with warmth, authenticity, humor, and adaptability, with a unique understanding of this particular period in your life.
