My name is Sheri Cheng and I am a pre-licensed mental health counselor seeing clients in-office or through telehealth. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College and have years of experience working with young adults in educational and therapeutic settings. I have worked with a variety of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and autism in individual and group therapy. My specialties include social skills development, emotional regulation, and strengthening interpersonal relationships.
I am committed to a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens to create a welcoming and safe therapeutic environment. I use diverse, evidence-based approaches including acceptance and commitment therapy, person-centered, and solution-focused theories.
