Those that come to my practice are often looking a safe space to open up and discuss what is bothering them. My main objective is to provide a safe relationship that is open, non-judgmental, and genuinely empathetic. I believe that these are the ingredients for creating a secure bond through which deep exploration can occur.
Through the practice of talk-therapy one can develop self-awareness, understand their behaviors, resolve traumas, and begin to change unwanted patterns. Together we will identify coping skills and valued actions to move you in the direction of a valued life, while also reframing painful thoughts or beliefs that are getting in your way.
