Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and build a path toward relief, clarity, and meaningful change.
My approach is collaborative, trauma‑informed, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. I draw from evidence‑based modalities including DBT, CBT, & ACT, while tailoring each session to your unique needs and strengths. I incorporate psychoeducation, skills training, and optional between‑session “homework" to help you apply what we discuss in real time.
