Welcome! I work with teens and adults in my West Concord office and via telehealth, including many high school students and young adults navigating major life transitions. I specialize in supporting members of the LGBTQ community, as well as parents and caregivers of children and adolescents. As a queer person and a parent, I bring lived experience that helps me connect with people across multiple communities and intersecting identities.

Feelings are human, yet many of us learn to push them away. When we’ve been through difficult or traumatic experiences, we often develop protective parts of ourselves that guard us from vulnerable emotions and memories. In therapy, we can explore where troubling feelings or patterns originate and develop more compassionate ways to care for ourselves.

My style is direct and open. I bring compassion, humor, genuine curiosity, and a sense of shared humanity to the therapeutic relationship. If you think I might be a good fit for you, please reach out to schedule a phone consultation. I look forward to connecting with you.
