Specialized Therapy for Creatives & Neurodivergent Adults

Individual Therapy for Creatives, Professionals, and Neurodiverse Adults in NYC
If you are navigating the complexities of high-achievement pressure, creative burnout, or the unique sensory and emotional landscape of neurodivergence, you deserve a space that centers your lived experience. I provide identity-affirming, culturally responsive therapy designed to help you reconnect with your inner resilience and navigate life's transitions with clarity.

Expertise & Clinical Approach
As a NY-based counselor-in-training at Rise Psychology NYC, I support adults across Manhattan and Brooklyn through virtual and in-person care. My work is grounded in providing neurodivergent-affirming care and mental health support for creatives.

Currently completing my clinical training at Northwestern University, I work under the direct supervision of Dr. Fanny Ng, PhD, a specialist in Health Psychology and CBT-I. This collaborative model ensures my clients benefit from a high standard of clinical excellence in areas such as medical trauma, chronic illness support, and holistic wellness.

Why Work With Me?
The Creative’s Edge: With a background as a professional songwriter and NYU Steinhardt-trained vocal coach, I specialize in helping artists and performers overcome creative blocks, performance anxiety, and imposter syndrome.

Neurodivergent-Affirming Support: As a dedicated advocate for learning differences, I provide specialized support for ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and sensory processing, helping neurodivergent individuals thrive in a neurotypical world.

Health & Wellness Integration: My practice at Rise Psychology NYC allows me to support clients through women’s mental health, reproductive wellbeing, and stress management.

Specialized Service Areas
Creatives & Performers: Addressing creative burnout, writing blocks, and career transitions.

Neurodivergent Support: Affirming therapy for ADHD, learning differences, and sensory overload.

Anxiety & Perfectionism: Managing high-functioning anxiety and the pressures of perfectionism.

Relationship & Identity: Exploring attachment styles, self-esteem, and multicultural identity.

Health & Burnout: Specialized support for caregiver stress and physical health-related anxiety.
