My specialty is Gestalt psychotherapy. I use this model to help clients understand how they might be unhelpfully reacting to bad events or people and learn to overcome those reactions so as to become stronger individuals. Digging deep is part of this orientation to therapy, but only at your pace. I will be with you through this and through your growth.
I would like to build a positive therapeutic relationship with you so that we can help you meet your goals of increased insight and self-exploration.
