I help college students, parents, and working professionals who are looking for support and guidance on improving their professional and personal lives. Focusing on your functioning deficits (relationships, work, school) I provide a treatment plan that targets improving those functioning deficits. Symptoms like low depressed mood, anxiety, obsessions, compulsions, and inability to concentrate and focus can be treated with medication and psychotherapy. I provide both.

I provide med management for depression, anxiety, ADHD, and related disorders.

I will work with you to simplify the number of medications you take to address your symptoms and optimize with 1-2 medications that work best for you.
