Natalie Yates
Many of those I work with feel anxious, overwhelmed, and tired. Stuck in overthinking, weighed down by self-doubt, or disconnected from themselves and others. On the outside, their lives may reflect what society sees as 'successful.’ They are doing well at work or school, keeping things together, but something feels off. They may feel restless, on edge, isolated, and drained by painful relationship patterns, often feeling unseen and emotionally distant. Some cope by shutting down, distancing themselves, pushing others away, or engaging in self-harm behaviors. If this resonates, you’re not alone.
I help adults, young adults & teens struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Those feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure why life feels so hard. Therapy helps you observe patterns, deepen your self-awareness and compassion, rebuild trust with self & create space for more intentional choices and fulfilling relationships.
Therapy is a space where you don’t need to have it all figured out. I bring a warm, compassionate, and collaborative style, meeting you where you are and holding space for your intuition to guide our work. With curiosity and care, we’ll explore what’s hurting and keeping you stuck, helping you build a richer, more balanced, and connected life.
