Last Updated 30+ days ago

Hello! If you are experiencing challenges with transition to college life, family or parenting concerns, conflict with others, depression, anxiety, or just an overall feeling of things not being right for you, I am here to help.
I have been licensed as a clinical social worker since 1997. My practice focus has been on children, youth, and families. I worked on a college campus for 5 years and at a young adult education/training center for 12. I am trained and experienced as a mental health provider, mediator, and post-partum doula.
You will be able to learn very accessible techniques for feeling better including mindfulness, cognitive/behavioral support, and relational support. Having a skilled and trained person to talk with can make all the difference! Let me listen and help you find the answers you need. I look forward to meeting you!
